Good location and suited our needs as we were only there for a short period of time but upon having a shower noticed the towel had large massive brown stains on it that looked like poo!! Not what you want to see after 2 delayed flights from LA and all you want is a shower. Also areas in the room needed a really good deep clean, just didn’t look as clean as it could be, dusting, wiping behind the door, curtain unhooked in the corner so light shone straight into your eyes from the car park. Also the holder with the hand soap needed a really good clean from all the gunk build up at the back of it. Hallway carpet also could do with a steam clean

Very convenient for airport. Wonderful staff support !! To have coffee shop open would have been nice or at least some decent coffee in rooms would be my area of improvement

King size bed was not provided as was paid for and had 2 single beds side by side instead. Restaurant service was very slow with staff not taking meal orders whilst chatting amongst themselves and had to approach counter to order meal.

Comfortable room and very clean bathroom, pleasant dining area.
Very quiet inside the hotel, but traffic noise from outside.
Double glazing on windows would be a good idea.

It was quiet, quite a feat so close to the airport. Thought cost a bit high.

We were moved from our first room because there was a problem with the tv remote. Tv eventually synced but tv kept turning itself off. We go to the next room and remote worked but the tv kept turning off anything between 1-9 minutes so we had to go back the original Mantra screen each time to chose TV and the channel. Very annoying. I took 3 videos of it.

The noise from the airport was louder than I expected as the planes started at 6am.
Poor guy at reception had to keep leaving the front desk to open the door when new guests arrived.
I had emailed the hotel about the shuttle bus a week before and no-one replied to my email. So I called when I arrived and it took 10 mins to answer the phone.

While the hotel was excellent the service in the restaurant was well below par. It appeared that they were short staffed and unable to process orders efficiently. I had to ask for a bottle of water 3 times and in the end had to go to the bar to request it. Waited too long to be asked for our menu request and then had to take our own dishes to the kitchen so that our dessert might come.

Super close to Sydney domestic terminals (8 minute walk) and next to fast food options.

It is reasonably priced. People expecting to use this property should understand that walking to the property from the domestic terminals with luggage will be difficult for some.
The shuttle service is $12 pp. To Terminal 2/3 by shuttle is approximately 2 minutes. This is not good value for money for any more than 1 person.

checked in with 4 bags and manager brought the bags to the room without me asking. Great check in and so close to airport. Had a great view to the runways
