Great stay for a quick weekend visit to the Fort Eisenhower Army Base which is less than 10min away! It was convenient and very clean with a friendly and helpful staff. For example, the staff "saved the day" when we almost had a very unpleasant food experience using Grub Hub. There aren't a lot of food options in walking distance, so we ordered out. Unfortunately, the restaurant delivered our food to the wrong hotel, Hampton Inn, in front of Homewood Suites and we had to drive to the other hotel in the rain to pick up the order. Already off to a bad start. Then they forgot to include condiments, salad dressing, utensils and the food was cold. We asked the hotel staff for assistance and they quickly offered us condiments and dressing from their kitchen. Thankfully we were also able to use the microwave and cutlery in our hotel suite which made up for what would have been a really bad food experience. Based off these small but meaningful experiences we'll plan to stay here the next time we visit our son at the Army Base!

Everything was absolutely great except for the breakfast that morning. The staff in breakfast just didn’t seem very cheerful. Seemed a little agitated, but there were a lot of kids. They were a little low on dishes.

This hotel is nice and roomy. Close to the base and downtown. Love that it’s 15 min away for so much. We have stayed at this hotel twice to visit my son.

Ok if all you need is a place to stay. No frills and not all that welcoming. But by no means a bad place. Comfortable and quiet. House keeping once every five days/by request is not preferable but not a big deal. All in this was an unremarkable stay, nothing went wrong and nothing stood out.

We stayed for one evening and it was pleasant. We were given the wrong room but it was fixed very quickly. The new room smelled like cigarette smoke but it wasn't terrible. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The noise level in the room next to ours was crazy though. Overall it was clean, breakfast was decent and it was a nice safe area.

I left my wedding ring in the room. Tabatha Parker (the assistant manager) went above and beyond to help me get it back. She should get a raise!

New, clean and quiet (away from interstate). Limited breakfast and property along the parking lot was grown up with brush and weeds and looks to have been left this way since its construction.

Wonderful staff, very clean and spacious rooms. It was my favorite hotel that we stayed at on our trip.

We booked this hotel because it had some major features that were perfect for our little getaway. One, they had suites with lovely kitchenettes that include a cook top, full refrigerator, and a dishwasher. It made ensuring my Vegan husband had food on our trip as we’ve yet to stay at any Hilton property with vegan options for breakfast. The second reason I chose this location was because they had lovely photos of an outdoor pool. So, I packed my new bathing suit and SPF 100 with the expectation that we would be spending some quality time in the pool and soaking up some vitamin D. Upon arrival, we were given the choice of any floor in the building. I’m assuming they weren’t really busy. We were informed of breakfast times and that was it. Imagine my utter disappointment and extreme frustration to find out the next day that the pool was closed indefinitely. It was 108° F (42° C) and we couldn’t use the pool. There should have been a notice that the pool wasn’t open at the time of booking. I would have made a different choice, but I’m sure that is why it’s still being advertised as an amenity. Let’s talk about breakfast. The space was clean and provided ample space for sitting. The selection of food was sparse. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was meh and the bedding was scratchy. The pillows were blah. (Feather pillows are awful and unsupportive. I woke with a sore neck and welts on my face from the feathers.)So far, I’m not a happy Hilton customer.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. Everyone was so nice and accommodating for our large group and made sure all of the rooms were together.

First everyone was very friendly. Our room was about as far away from ck in as possible. Our Tv did not work and after service we requested another room. Which we received. It also was a long walk. Ice maker did not work, but did find one. Elevator dropped as we got on it. A bit frightening. Noise level was high until after 11. But again the staff was super

Hotel was really nice little expensive but overall nice. Only complaint was the coffee had coffee grounds in it.

The hotel is a little dated, worned carpet and furniture. The first room w e were given vanity sink was stopped up. The breakfast amenities were scarce. Really was not worth the time spent to go get a meal. Some cook items were very depressing. Oatmeal in pouches , cereal in individual containers, boil eggs and fresh fruit would have been better. Staff was courteous and considerate. Location was great, easy to get around. Please work on the the breakfast admenities.

I loved everything about it. My boys had alot to do with the pool, basketball court, and gym... Free breakfast in the morning, it was an amazing experience and definitely will return

Definitely not fabulous. The 2nd floor hall smelled and the room smelled like cover up smoke. It was also definitely way overpriced.
