This is an uncomfortable hotel. Clean, but a study in industrial design that looks like a Soviet-era space port. Not a place to read in comfort. Pillows the worst industry. Designed for twenty-something crowd who, frankly, don’t know better.

Nice property, clean, comfortable beds, close to the highway..breakfast was a 6.5 out of 10 but acceptable. Staff was competent and friendly but not super engaging - which was not a big deal or a major negative.

It was the perfect spot to stay when having an early flight the next morning. Easy to the airport and quick. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was SO clean, and the beds were super comfy. I Loved, Loved, Loved the shelving in the room to help keep things organized.

I felt "uplifted" with the decor and pleasant folks.

The highway runs right behind the hotel, and all you hear is traffic noise and trucks rolling by. No one slept in our room.

The only complaint we had was the pillows were awful! Replace them and it would be perfect.

I appreciated the staff's helpfulness and level of service. The only note I would make to the current listing is that the pool included is NOT in the same building as the hotel, but the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining how to use the pool facility at the neighboring DoubleTree property

Car was dented in parking lot. Bathroom was filthy.Asked for a late checkout upon arrival. Told to call on day of check-out. Went to counter explained what I was told at check-in then was told, “yeah, sorry. I’ve given a lot of late checkouts already today”. First and last time at a Tru hotel for me.

The hotel is new, well-located, clean, friendly, and has helpful staff like Branden. The shuttle to and from the airport is efficient, friendly, and professional at any hour of the day. It is near the airport and many restaurants, in front of the Mall. Quite close to downtown, with better prices, free parking.

Fantastic place to stay if you are on a roadtrip

The hotel was great, offered free breakfast and airport shuttle as well as shuttle to venues in the area. A lot of places to eat in the area. Our flight got cancelled and we wanted to extend our stay but the price increased to a ridiculous fee so we had to check out. This is something I find annoying in the hotel industry...

Was perfect with our 2 year old son !

Just stayed one night. The desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We asked about the airport shuttle and morning wake up calls she arranged both for us. Very clean and coffee 24/7 easy proximity to the airport.

It was a great location

The property was easy to find. Breakfast great. Unfortunately instructions for window shades wasn’t clearly displayed. Photos on website said had sofa bed but it didn’t. Amenities of soap shampoo dispensers hard to squeeze. Probably won’t stay at one again.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and staff was kind. Room was quiet. Breakfast had a good variety and great choices for children.

The stuff was always helpful

Maria is a fantastic man! He was always upbeat and positive with a smile on his face!....Unfortunately his co-worker Ranett is the polar opposite, she was nasty, rude, and inconsiderate along with neglectful. I asked for 2 extra towels as i was staying 3 nights and had no need to have housekeeping clean, i just needd extra towels to shower with she replies I don't know i am not housekeeping in a nasty tone...listen i know you are not housekeeping, but the correct response is yes, i will have housekeeping drop them in your room.... I saw her grab a handful of spoons, she then dropped a spoon on the floor, then she picked it up and put it back in the handful that she had, i waited to see if she was going to keep it separate or throw it away, she didn't and when i confronted her and asked if she really was going to put that spoon in after she dropped it she grabbed a random spoon and said of course not and pulled 1 spoon from the pile, in hindsight i should have went over and thrown all of the spoons in the trash.....

The hotel was newer, clean and convenient, but in general, just average. When we arrived, our room was not ready. We were asked to sit in the lobby for about 15 minutes but were given complimentary bottles of water and popcorn for the inconvenience. Road noise was loud as was whoever was in the room above us (walking sounded like jumping in heels). Breakfast was fine but nothing special. We left a note for housekeeping that our sink was not draining well and the ceiling light in the bathroom continually flashed but neither were addressed. So like I said, just average!
