Excellent quality hotel in a perfect downtown location close to the subway, shops and bars & restaurants. Very funky rooms with lots of smart gadgets

I love the location, the beautiful boutique hotel, and there is a GS convenient store on the first floor. They were having construction while we stayed and because of that, it was a bit loud during the night and morning.

The stay was great without issues. The staff was helpful with all request.

This place has been our go to place since 2018. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are very neat and clean, it's very close to the shopping district and there are so many good restaurants close by.

It was good for a weekend getaway. Convenient location since it’s near subway and downtown area. Plenty of places to eat nearby!

The pool and patio was dope add for the room. Primarily why we picked it. Love how it had a full fridge. The room was cool but there wasn’t much for guest like complimentary waters . The room was nice but it didn’t have much of a common area like a couch just a table . There was no storage for our bags and also the layout the bathroom was a little awkward.

It was good however it was quite loud at night with music coming from other rooms and we could hear it very clearly in our room. We called the lobby but nothing changed. Other than that the room was comfortable and right next to the station so very convenient.

May stay started off bad because my room smelled like it was a smoking room and no other rooms were available. After that night I was switched to another room and it was awesome.

I loved this hotel. The bed was super comfy, the tub was amazing, and the location is right in the middle of everything.

Ok stay. Location is good but the breakfast is really bad. I hope the hotel is reading this review since I am not the only want giving this comment on the breakfast.

If i could stay longer their best room come with BBQ pit and huge jacuzzi. Perfect for entertaining large families or group trips.

The properties location was convenient to downtown. The rooms were very clean and beautiful.

The room was clean and clearly well-kept. The staff was super friendly whenever we needed anything and the location was great!

Trash can was not empty and not cleaned. Ammenities were not fully renewed. A paper box was empty without anything inside. It looks like that the things inside the box were used by prior guest and never been refilled. The garbage were thrown away and the trash can was not epmted. The internet connection was finished at midnight. I had to reset the wifi device by myself after called to receptions. They asked me to reset the device by myself.

Very easy to locate and not too far from the KTX station. The room was spacious and clean.

This is such a great little place to stay at for such a low price. Everyone was always so friendly and nice. They’re English is pretty good if you’re a foreigner. This hotel is in such a great location of the city if you’re looking for shopping and restaurants.
