The room is super large, has a living room with a sofa, a table for eating and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The residence is calm and clean. The restaurant is upstairs, with a beautiful view of the Havana port. The dishes in the restaurant are well priced, and they have good ice cream.The workers are super friendly and helpful. The residence is close to many restaurants, schools and tourist areas. The tourist bus passes in front of the residence. I enjoyed being there and I recommend it.

Great place to stay in Havana Vieja. The staff is great, breakfast is delicious and the courtesy dinner was lovely. Special thanks to Ariana, Lazaro and the cleaning ladies who were super friendly. Definitely recommended!

Although we have no complaints about the hotel in itself, the staff was friendly, room was clean, they forgot to check our passports and woke us up in the middle of the night, and there's no peep hole or wifi in the rooms, so we felt a little uneasy opening the door. We got it sorted quickly, but we both stayed awake for hours after being woken up suddenly. That being said, we loved the rooftop and being in that area was our favorite, even after bouncing around town.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful. The artwork was gorgeous and we’d like to know what the purchase price of the two Rene Pena photographs that were in our loft would be. We are interested in purchasing them if possible. One of the staff was going to get us a price while we were there but we don’t get the information before we had to leave. Thank you Holly Pitters

The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to visit. The rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely and tasty, a nice view of the harbor, and excellent staff, shout out to Ari and Veronica who made us feel right at home.

We had such an amazing time in the Loft Habana! We were here for almost a week and it was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for more.The room was very clean and all of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Bia particularly went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The cocktails and food on the rooftop terrace is a must 😊 Walking distance to lots of lovely bars, restaurants and historical interests. We would definitely recommend a stay in the Loft Habana to anyone coming to Havana, you won’t regret it!

My husband and I stayed at Loft Habana for 5 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of our time in Cuba. Laura and her team were extremely responsive and welcoming for the duration of our stay. They gave us valuable tips for navigating the city and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The rooftop bar/restaurant was an incredible place for us to relax and take in the ocean views. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

The rooms at this property are spacious and beautiful! Very clean and neat, comfortable beds, toilets that flush properly (not common in Cuba) in-room safe. The staff was wonderful, restaurant and breakfasts were some of the best we have had in Cuba. Area is super, walk on the Malacon, into Old Habana, to the San Jose Market, or many restaurants. From the moment i walked in everything was anazing. This is an exceptional place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The space was very clean. There were a few things that needed attention. The listing says tv. Although i had a tv in my room it did not work and when i inquired about it i was basically blown off and told i didnt need it. Which wasnt the point at all i wanted it. I am a solo traveler the internet in the room is non existence so the tv would have been nice. I never got it. I also informed the ladies that i did not need maid service i didnt need anything done to my room. They came in anyway. Transportation was a bit iffy i was quoted a price before my trip but then was later sent information with different and cheaper prices that were not offered to me. I requested a cancel of my drop to the airport a few hours ahead of time which wasnt received in time but the odd thing is the lady who cleaned my room tells the concierge that i need to pay for my ride directly to the hotel and not the driver. First im confused on whe shes even in that conversation and then i asked before i even arrived who i paid and was told the driver now your telling me the hotel?? Those are the few issue i had. It wouldn't stop me from staying again but i would definitely be more aware. The bartender i believe Omar was exceptional in taking care of me.

Very comfortable place to stay in Old Havana. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is limited but fantastic. Of course wifi in all of Cuba is tough so on business and being limited to common areas was a challenge but all in all I’d stay here again.

The location is great in Old Havana with sights and great restaurants within walking distance. The reception and staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had a fabulous dinner and concert on the rooftop that was a special evening during our stay. I would definitely return there

Loft Habana is precisely as advertised, art forward boutique hotel. Staff are gracious and very attentive. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

I did not travel to Cuba I need a refund I try to cancel last week I could not go because of my girlfriends family issues

I booked this hotel on a different app that usually used to book a hotel. This is my first fault, because they don’t control the hotel. The Hotel was dirty and smelly. The photos on the app aren’t the reality… like in instagram. The host never came to the hotel (but is more an hostel) when I ask to have a chat with him/her. I asked for a taxi from the airport the day before the flight to havana and they respond me during the flight, so I have to take a taxi at 1 am and the hotel is not in the best area of Habana Veija but in the worst e! At the end I pay for two night but I stayed only 7 hours and, fortunately, I found a Room in the Iberostar in the Center. My concern: book an hotel like Iberostar or Melia. Not Hostel in Havana. This is a bad Hostel not good. The photos are fake.

We reserved this bay view room for 5 nights in Loft Hanana and hopped to have a good time for our 10th anniversary but it turned out to be the worst experience we have ever had! I understand it’s Cuba and can’t have high expectations but this was unacceptable.No security, No front desk, broken windows,very uncomfortable bed, A/c issue, rough Neighborhood, crowds gathering across the hotel at 5 am. Finally spoke to a person in charge next day and mutually agreed to terminate the additional 4 nights. In past 3 weeks hotel.com is doing their best to contact them via voice or email without any success! I’m still waiting for the refund.

It was our first time in Cuba and Loft Habana could not have looked after us better. It is in a great location and the rooms were spacious, cool and very clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and made it very easy for us to change our currency. Breakfast was lovely and so were the lunch/dinner options, all served on the delightful roof terrace looking over the harbour. Overall, Loft Habana is an oasis in old Havana, where we felt safe, comfortable and looked after. We would absolutely stay again.

I stayed for a night at Loft Habana while on vacation and a badly needed break from work in December of 2021, as COVID was once again ramping up and shutting down things in Havana. Loft Habana was a perfect location to relax and unwind in a quiet corner of Havana Viejo just a 5 minute walk from some of the most important historic sights and a beautiful building with a gorgeous internal courtyard with hanging gardens. On top of that, the Loft Habana team were exactly as attentive and helpful as you would want and the rooftop terrace gives a lovely view, a nice breeze and great food.
