The room was clean and tidy. The air con did not cope with the heat so the room became to hot to stay in during the day. It was fine at night

Stay was okay - didn’t receive a friendly welcome from the male staff member who checked me in.
Room was on the main road where there is an abundance of large trucks & traffic throughout the day. Does calm down during the evening. Bed was comfortable and nice as was the shower/bathroom clean with towels & amenities (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). Bedroom was small size and sufficient for the 2-nights. Room was TV, microwave & bar fridge with tea/coffee & biscuits. Fortunate to get my room with an undercover parking porch next to the entry door. Breakfast was fine with a variety of cereals, toast, gluten free options with juice & spreads available to accompany your toast. Overall it’s definitely not the Hilton but was adequate for my stay. Room was a little worn out. Marks on wall. Creaky floor. Patchwork on carpet. Front door opened by itself over night. Lucky I had the chain attached. No bedside lamp.

If you have allergies or sinus, don’t bother coming here.
I paid for the king room there was dust and dirt everywhere ,The carpet was crunchy and drity. One of the worst motels I have ever stayed in this place was absolutely not acceptable for the price that you pay..
I wouldn’t want it to happen to anyone else, the smell in the room was so bad I had to go buy air freshener, there wasn’t a bath mat for the shower nothing like the photo in the bed room area, The white curtains were absolutely dirty like brown stains.
They don’t have secured windows that lock, so anyone can jump in from the outside.
there’s no dining chair to sit on to eat dinner, they also didn’t have a chair on the side of the bed like the photo.
the paint on the walls are so old that there is cracks dirt marks all over the walls ,I don’t think they get cleaned.
I Would not recommend anyone to stay here for the price that you pay. Absolutely terrible update your photos or show them what the room really look like.

The room was small, but clean and the bathroom recently updated. It served the purpose for us, which was a place to sleep. The free continental breakfast was amazing! The choices for cereal, juice, etc was excellent.

Not a very good place if you are disabled. Slippery tiles inside the entrance of the room. I slipped and fell on my back as a result of a rainy evening outside. The floor carpet tiles are lifting and are a trip hazard.

It was a good place to rest our heads for the night. It was freezing and the air con was old and so loud we didn’t get much sleep.

Not what the pictures looked like, old and run down. Served us for the one night we needed passing through town but wouldn’t book again. Beds were comfy and showers had hot water but wasn’t very presentable over all.

A wonderful stop over place, had everything one needed to be cosy warm and well rested for the next day. Lovely man at reception took the time to chat and talk about our plans the car and even was nice to the kids

We enjoyed our stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and the continental breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel is very close to a range of takeaway restaurants and The Long Yard pub, all of which are walkable.

We really liked the location & walking distance to clubs, Scully park. Loved the idea of complementary breakfast.
We had a bad leak in shower, alot of water all over floor, powerpoint under tv comes out of wall( very dangerous)
& it's not a queen bed ( definitely a double)

Office hours are advertised wrong. Advertising pictures need updating. The whole building needs some renovations. Carpet tiles are a trip hazard, couldn’t open fridge door. Kettle and toaster should not be on bar fridge on top of microwave easy to fall. No sign to find place in the dark all faded. Very unhappy and will not stay again.

There was a dampness to our room, the sheets, blankets, mattresses, walls.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom meaning the walls were wet, the shower curtain was too small in length which meant the water would go all over the floor.
We stayed three nights and weren’t given dress towels or toilet paper and our cups weren’t removed from our room when we had our bins changed.
WiFi wasn’t working also. Someone had their car broken into next to us also.

Booked a room and let them know I had a GHAD assistance dog. Still charged the $20 cleaning fee despite that not being generally allowed to a service animal.
Room was small, smelt of dog piss, and sorry. Floors were sticky and bathroom was old and mouldy.
No one was at reception at all in the 24hours we were there, so keys were collected from a safe and dropped into box for arrival and departure. Which isn’t terrible. Except when you need them for issues.
The tv didn’t work, air system wouldn’t change from 18° cooling.
For one single night it will do. But I wouldn’t recommended staying any longer. It definitely wasn’t worth the cost of the stars it apparently has.

Good location for an overnight stay for parkrun at Tamworth. Staff was helpful with unlocking night box and letting us take breakfast supplies to room for our breakfast after our 5km run before checkout
