We had an amazing experience here for a weekend out of nyc in the fall. This hotel is close to the water, and very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed staying in our own cabin - it was modern and clean and had private outdoor space. The on-site restaurant was convenient and tasty. Other restaurants are closeby.

Check in: The gentleman at the front desk last night was so pleasant. He gave us all of the necessary information without rushing through it.
The room: is nice. No frills. Exactly as advertised. Our kids are outside in the play area as I write this. Theyre having a great time, playing with other children.
Dining: We had some really nice drinks and tapas as the restaurant last night. The owner was very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming.
Pool: Its a little drafty, so we're staying away from the pool, but it looks clean and nice.
Ehh: My one complaint is that the sheets and pillows felt like they were wet when we checked in. As if they didn't dry all they way in the dryer.
Overall: Its a REALLY nice experience and we would definitely book again.

I’ve been enjoying the Hampton maid for breakfast for over 20 years. This is the first time I had a chance to stay and enjoy the hotel itself. It was exactly what I expected. I love the grounds and the room was so clean. You’re able to park right outside of your room for convenience. I will definitely be making another visit for a longer stay.

This resort is a gem and central to everything! Super clean, quaint and cozy. Feels like we’re in England. Love the cute patio outside each room. The restaurant on the property was AMAZING! The tapas and wines was absolutely authentic. It brought us back to Spain. Highly recommend this resort!

The photos do not represent current condition of property, which is old and a bit dated. There was a strange smell to the rooms—musty. The bed linens were clean, but everything else felt too old to want to use. Breakfast started at 8, so we couldn’t eat, as that was too late for us. And they could not provide us with a receipt for our stay.

Great place to stay while visiting the Hamptons. Very clean and comfortable beds. There’s a nice gift shop and restaurant. We had breakfast there which was excellent. Would love to return in the summer and use the pool.

I don't know where to start. I booked this place as a night away for myself to relax. I didn't have any expectations. As soon as I walked into the reception and was greeted with a huge smile I knew I was onto something good. It's not glam but EVERYTHING you would need in a hamptons night away. It's not pretentious but still has a "hamptons vibe". It took 10 mins to drive into Southampton.
The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Very well decorated. They have a K Cup machine.
There is a huge grassy area with a corn hall area and a playground for children.
The pool area is clean and enough beds for all with a bonus of towels.
The restaurant and bar are bright and airy and the margarita is as made to perfection. The chef came out while I was there and was so smiley and friendly.
I seriously can't think of a better place to stay in the Hamptons, than the Hampton Maid Motel. Make you reservations now.
The staff from front desk to chef were all straight to greet me.

We’ve stayed at the Hampton Maid twice before. They have made some beautiful upgrades to the rooms. The staff is lovely. The grounds are just beautiful. My husband and I would just sit outside once the kids were asleep and listen to summer night sounds. Recommend this location. We will be coming back for many years to come.

I loved my 2-nighr stay at Hampton Maid. The hotel located in a nice area with lots of greanery around. Beautiful view from the patio/balcony. Very comfy beds, clean rooms. Drinking water is complimentary.
