The apartment was beautiful and had a lovely balcony and view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Vadym was especially good and made our arrival so much better with all his pre arrival organising.

This is a wonderful apart-hotel. Superbly clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location close to all the cultural attractions. Came with the family, the staff was very accommodating with a later checkout so the baby could nap before we left. I’ll come back to Nicosia just to stay at Central Park Residences again—it’s an experience on its own.

Their manager could do with a smile, their marketing department should not mislead as there was no parking no valet parking, bed wed double in size not queen there was no spa.The main bedroom how to TV with no channels or any form of entertainment the second bedroom had no TV.overall the building is quite new but it just felt b management has no idea.

Very helpful reception staff , magnificent apartment with everything we needed and more ..... fantastic strong shower . I will definitely recommend this place to anybody who stays in Nicosia . Hotel is a brand new one, still missing few things like Mirrors in the rooms, safe-box and some water leakage in the master bedroom shower! Other than what i wrote above, its very spacious clean and comfortable, well located in the heart of the city! And very freindly!

The apartment was gorgeous, just as pictured. It’s in a brand new condo building, spacious, modern decor, crisp and clean and uses all the latest technologies. The building isn’t yet 100% completed so workers are still around but there was no construction noise while we were there. We stayed for a full week.
Miele kitchen appliances were really nice and the apartment included a full size washer and separate dryer which was such a treat.
The location is central downtown and walkable to the best restaurants, shopping, museums, and old town. The view isn’t the greatest but the beautiful apartment more than compensates.
The staff is very professional and attentive and are working hard to build an outstanding reputation for the new property. Nothing is too much trouble. Special recognition to Simi for excellent service.
The one issue we had is that a bar immediately next door blares loud music until 0230 on Friday and Saturday nights which can be heard in the apartments. The staff is aware of the problem and is addressing it with the establishment. Once that issue is resolved it’s a perfect place to stay.

The Jacuzzi had a problem as did the gym door but they were trying to fix the issues right away and were very apologetic.

Lovely apartment that is well located for exploring the old town, however the building is not yet complete so things like the gym and pool were not ready which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we booked.
However, when complete I would recommend staying here if you want a luxury apartment that is close to the old city - 5 min walk!
