Quiet location at southern end of Ao Phai beach. The resort beach is small and rocky - there are better options on Ao Phai further up the beach. Service was good, restaurant has good choice.

Have visited several times and this visit was as good as the previous ones. Going again later this year.

Family room is excellent. Good design and well maintained, definitely we will book again if we go to Ko Samet.

Great beach/cove. Breakfast was a 6out of 10. Special coffee is usually standard at places that charge this much. We had to pay extra for the cappuccino’s & latte’s!

Very convenient to other beaches and restaurants so you aren't stuck with one option. Also, the property always seems to be well-kept.

Would have given a higer rating if it wasnt for the fact that the picture of the room when we booked made it look like we had a bungalow with a front patio near the beach when in fact it was a budget room in the far rear of the property. Tried to upgrade as soon as i realized it but there were no other suites available. Other than that the stay was pleasant and the staff are friendly and accommodating. 4 stars

My husband and I live & work in Bangkok so this trip was a relaxing time at the beach. The food was excellent, staff were accommodating & the beaches were fabulous! Their new bar “ Reef” has a great location just down the path! The beach was calm & so warm! Only negative was the trip back to pier… no info given & price ridiculous if you are only 2 people ! We were told by “drivers” to sit & wait yet they knew no one would pick us up! So we over paid to get back! 30thb pp if over 7 people, 50 thb if 4 or more 200thb for 2 pp. lots of trucks would drive past with 2 people ! Why stop when they are making more for 2! Sad as we were left sitting in the rain! I am sure the resort could organize rides for their guests as a nice perk! Otherwise a relaxing stay!

Very nice villa, and surrounding gardens. Food at the in-house restaurant was good, nice selection of cocktails.

The location was good. Food was very good. However, the room was not very comfortable. There was swage smell during the night in bathroom. Water stand which make it slippery. The floor was dangerously slippery in general.

Beautiful small cabins very close to the sea. The island and particularly the area around this resort appears to be for more specific tastes. This however did not detract from our stay which was superb. Regretfully costs on the island seem a bit high and my wife got a pass for the national park free whereas I had to pay as a foreigner. This double pricing really needs to stop now.

Booked Samed Villa on the recommendation of others. Koh Samed has beautiful beaches and this hotel is a great location to base yourself at to walk to many of the beaches. Hotel Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The beachfront villas looked great although we booked the cheaper room at the back which I wouldn’t recommend - very small and not much light or outdoor space. Better to spend a bit more on the bigger villas at the front or if you are looking for a cheap option you may find better value elsewhere. Fantastic happy hour at the reef bar on the next beach down (same owners as Samed villa). Overall would come back!

Very nice location and great service from staff.

One of the best hotels on the sunrise side of the island. Relaxed in the day. Walking distance to the main beach and nightlife. The ocean is clean with a few rocks on to watch out for. The restaurant is excellent.

The resort is well located in the island, private little beach, good restaurant and very nice staff ! (Thanks Ms Pim at the reception for her support to find a solution when pink ferry company tried to scam)

Overall a fantastic stay, especially given that it was off-season and during COVID. Our only gripe was the fact that they decided to trim branches off a tree right by our bungalow during our stay, but they only worked on it after a reasonable time in the morning and stopped well before dark. It was a very minor disturbance, at most.

Location of the beach was not ideal. Lots of boats traffic.Staffs is nice and pleasant. Overall is okay place to stay.

One word - PATHETIC !! please avoid it at all costs. A much better option is to go for Samed Pavilion.

Lotus massage was good. Bed was big and comfortable. Clean. Staff is helpful.
