Great place right by the beach.

Overall this was a good choice. Perfect for visiting friends in the marina to go out fishing. Seconds from the city marina and beach.
Was nice having a pool and hot tub inside.
We had an upper room so it was a nice workout going up and down the steps. It has a balcony so you can sit outside your room which was nice to have.
Bedding and towels were fresh.
Would have given this a 5 if the room didn’t smell musty and the ac was so loud.

At its price point and location it was great. It’s close to downtown but feels fairly secluded. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but the bed was comfy and the room cleanly. The owners of the hotel were friendly and check in and check out was a breeze.

I really like the property - well maintained and convenient - but over 2 days we did not receive housekeeping the second day and when clearing out of the room we found utensils under the bed that had been there sometime which is not nice to know the room is not fully cleaned.

Overall, a nice budget option for a short stay in Ludington. The front desk staff were friendly and gave us clear directions on how to check in. The parking was easy and convenient. The location is great for exploring down town or the beach. The only issues we had during our stay was that the AC had a hard time keeping up with cooling the room, and there were some odd smells from the AC and the bathroom. When I inspected the AC unit via my phone flashlight, there did appear to be some mold inside or the unit. If you have sensitive allergy problems or are staying for an extended period of time, this may be a problem. The bedding and other linens were clean and the fridge was of a reasonable size.

The room we stayed in had the hot and cold water reversed, the shower plug wouldn't fully engage and there was more water pressure left in the bathtub faucet, which ran so hard that the tub stopper would engage and the tub would fill with water while showering. The room seemed to be next to the laundry room which ran all night. There was a lack of outlet plugs near the bed for phone charging as there wasn't a clock in the room. There wasn't even hot coffee available and was only $5.00 less than a room a paid for with a full breafast buffet and indoor pool and hot tub that closed at midnight. The bed felt like it was the same mattress from 1950.

I stayed recently with my grandsons and absolutely loved our stay. The room was spacious and very lovely.

The hotel was close to the beach and the lighthouse. Very convenient. The only disappointing thing was that it seemed like the bathroom floor wasn’t wiped down properly as there was hair behind the door and underneath the heater.

We were locked out of the property on our checkout day 2-hours before checkout as the door cards were deactivated. Made it very difficult to get belongings out of the hotel as it required multiple trips.

The picture on site dont do it justice. The place is alot nicer than that and only like a stone throw away from sterns park(ludington beech and pier) the place is realy clean and staff super friendly.

Parking in the house/hotel next door is limited to a few spots on the street. Very dingy throughout the place. Room was ok, fridge was mini and frosted up, too small to put a Togo box in, freezer door not on correctly, due to frost. housekeeping put a queen sheet on the wrong way, ripping it and just leaving it like that, some rooms must live there year round. 1st time last time staying there.

When I got there the tv would not work, they came and got it to work but it wouldn’t turn off! The remote would not turn it off or control the volume the tv was on all weekend! I had to go get coffee every day my trash wasn’t emptied and the last night I had to go get towels and toilet paper because they never cleaned my room and restocked! And the gnats because the trash was never emptied was crazy! But I love the location! If I need to get my own stuff or they are not going to clean, it should be posted somewhere! But I will be back because I do love the location!
