Service by Ms Lino at the front counter was great. She took the urgency to arrange the delivery of our luggage to the airport on time on her own after the baggage company made a mistake with the arrangements.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location in Ginza - walkable to main shopping areas, several metro lines and with a 7 Eleven right next door. Rooms are modern, clean, quiet and calm, and the reception staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay - the standard double room was compact (as expected for Tokyo) but well laid out with a small couch and table for a bit of extra space.

Great location by Ginza 6. Super central. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t for my son and I it’s very Japanese and not many western options but did have a few pastries and yoghurt and fruit. Would staff again

It was an okay stay! Location is great & service was great. However, rooms do not look like the photos at all.

Work going for a superior room. Loved having a coffee machine and fridge. Close to hopping on many train lines and close to all Ginza has to offer.

The hotel is about a 5 min walk to Ginza Higashi metro, use exit A1 or A2.
Hotel has a connecting 7 Eleven and was well used by us. Staff are friendly as expected in Japan, nice clean hotel but rooms are small. However, this is expected in Tokyo from reviews I have read. Worth paying extra for a bigger ròom.
Close to Tsukiji Fish Market and all top designer brands plus about a couple of stops to main Tokyo rail station. I would stay in Ginza again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we lived the Tokyo way in a smaller hotel that welcomed us with a genuine smile, we would stay here again.

Do not recommend the breakfast option unless you’re a very adventurous westerner. The 7 11 next door is terrific for food options!! Love the egg and tuna salad sandwiches!

The hotel is very clean. Location was good. Easy access to high end shopping and also walkable to train stations. The room was a bit small but this is Tokyo so I expected that much. Laundry facility was good and I didn’t have to wait gi for an available machine.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Very convenient location with a 7/11 located downstairs. Very close to the GINZA station, walkable distance. Highly recommend for stay if visiting Tokyo.

Excellent customer service! They provide pajamas, slippers, and 2 bottles of water everyday. They have toiletries such a hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, facial cleanse and more. We will return to this hotel.

Excellent location as it is near the agora station and malls. Be aware that advanced reservations are necessary for good restaurants in Tokyo. Although Ginza area has great restaurants you will need reservations. The hotel has a surprisingly good Sukiyaki at its restaurant. Also, there a the 711 in the first floor that makes your stay so much convenient.

The room was small but it’s fine for a base to explore the city. Ginza is a fabulous district to stay in. The best thing about the hotel are the incredible breakfasts.
