This hotel is a cozy and spacious place to stay at. However, I didn’t understand why we had to pay $29 incidentals fee, $6 for a water bottle from the lobby and $6.50 for for WiFi service. Ridiculous.

Front desk staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Suite was nice and roomy. Some of the furniture (sofa sleeper, ottoman, table and chairs) were showing noticeable signs of wear.

Front desk staff where very nice but the room was a little dirty the top sheet of bed looked stained and the bathroom was not very clean. The only other issue I say is the breakfast that they provide in the morning it was awful the taste was terrible and the counters and tables where dirty and the selection was horrible so I say that was one of our biggest disappointments.

Great common areas snd breakfast. Pool was nice although we missed a hot tub. Room was spacious but could use new carpet and some paint updates. Overall clean and nice. Great proximity to shopping etc.

The location was great. The room was very large with a small kitchen. Breakfast was good.

We liked the property as it was very well maintained. The Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Really liked that they had quite time from 11pm to 7am. Our room was perfect we got the exact room we wanted.

Our bathroom tile was broken and several loose tiles that could easily cut your foot open. The bathroom door would not close due to it rubbing on top of the door frame. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were absolutely discussing and still have nasty food particles in all of them
The bed was worn out also. The breakfast was subpar for sure. Waffle maker was not plugged in lights were very dim, and had browns were cold and soggy.
Over all I give it a 2 out of 10. There are plenty of other places to stay around there so you should check them out.

The rooms were spacious. We liked the digital key; however, it wouldn't work for our actual room. Breakfast was okay. Could have used some more towels and washcloths, as there were only two of each. (It wasn't a huge deal where we needed to call and get more, just something to consider.)

Bed was itchy and room was average. You can hear through the walls as it’s not sound proof and upstairs guest walking cause disturbance throughout the night. The shampoo and shower gel was also empty. Charging for parking was unacceptable.

Had 4 people but only had 3 towels. Front desk was not sympathetic when i mentioned it during check out. Shower did not have conditioner and shampoo did not provide a decent lather. Inadequate for a nice 3 star hotel.

Outdated. Bed was like a hard concrete block. Nosey as crap. We were right off the dining area and it was just loud. Dishes in room but no silverware. Only 3 towels for 6 people. Breakfast was honestly the worst Ive had in awhile.

Over all it was ok! It was so noisy with kids running up and down the halls all day and nigh and handicaps parking was used up by none handicaps! Sad to see. So we had to walk a distance! But rooms was nice and clean!

We were very disappointed and expected much more from a Hilton. The front desk was not friendly and barely talked to us. We asked about the pool( which was the one reason we booked) was not open because of a permit! It should have been corrected or at least explained and apologized for! We travel with our young son and after 10 hours in the car he was excited to swim! When my husband asked about it later was told nothing but to call the manager! Terrible customer service! The place was not kept up either. The public bathroom had a plugged sink, the dining area was dirty. Very very disappointed for a Hilton!

Overall it was a decent stay. I, personally, didn’t enjoy the breakfast options (my kids enjoyed the waffles) and the breakfast area had gnats and flies. The comfort of the beds were just ok. The room was nice and spacious and the hotel itself was aesthetically appealing.

We stayed there for 4 days. It was 5 of us. They only have is 5 towels and we asked can we get towels. They only gave us 2 towels. 7 towels is not enough for 5 people for four days. They did not have reception every night even though the website stated it. They did not clean our room at all.

For the low price I was highly suprised with our room. The size was amazing, and it had a full kitchen which I rarely see in hotels. All of the amenities in the room were awesome, and it appeared everything was clean and well taken care of.
Both of the front desk people I spoke with were very nice. It was smooth checking in and out.
The included breakfast wasn't my favorite but for no extra cost it was a nice option.
All in all i would gladly stay here again if in the area.

They forced me to pay to park in the parking lot on the hotel property. They also charged me $75 for pets, which is very high. Most places are $25-50.
The windows lacked a closable curtain to block out the street light outside so it was almost daylight inside the room without any lights on. Some lights in the room didn’t work. The man working the front desk was very nice but had no power to assist. Not worth the price I paid for the room. Won’t do it here again.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, great condition. CRANKY front desk staff. 2 different people, very bothered to do any work. Waited at desk to check out, guy comes from back, "yah" was my only greeting.

When we arrived, check in was super easy and super fast! Got to the room and it was perfect for my wife and I! Had a great nights sleep. My wife did think the bed was a little too firm for her liking, but I thought it was fine. Breakfast the next morning was really good and quite filling. Check out was as easy if not easier than check in. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

check in was fine. the room we got was dirty and didn't have soap, shampoo or towels. the toilet was not working and there were profanities written on the toilet cover. The pool was out of order (which is one of the main reason's we chose that hotel) they never told us before or during check out.
