Nice location helpful staff very good facilities even off season. Accommodation a little aged and noisy air conditioning from neighbouring properties otherwise a very comfortable stay. Not particularly eco friendly.

The room was very nice. We booked a two bedroom, two bathroom, full kitchen and living room "suite". And yes, it's nice, but the prices are outrageous. Unless you're planning on spending a lot of time at the hotel and in the room, I would book somewhere cheaper. They have cute DIY stuff for adults and kids, movie theater, different activities you can pay to do during the day, that's kind of cool, as well as a trail for hiking that goes right off the property. So yeah, it has amenities (though the hot tub and big pool were closed when we stayed, which sucked, because they failed to mention that anywhere on the site...)
I dunno, I guess it's a little overrated to be honest.
Wasn't all that thrilled with their customer service. Check-in was suoer annoying, the employees were like zombies and after being told we could have a late check-out, they changed their mind the morning of, which was really irritating...because I have a chronic health condition so it's difficult for me to wake up super early, do any packing that we didn't or couldn't do the night before, shower, dress, make breakfast, pack the car up, get myself ready, get my 8 year old ready, double check everything, clean the room (they ask that you clean a lot before you leave or they'll charge you), you know, the 800 things involved in the end of a vacation, or, in our case, a weekend getaway. So, it was stressful for me and i was in a lot of pain, which is why i asked AT check-in if we could get a later checkout...

We stayed so we could go to area cultural offerings. We don't have children at home; we were glad to have a 3rd floor room away from things for the peace and quiet. It is great to have a kitchen and other amenities; made the visit so comfortable.

We were assigned a condo on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator. They did help us with our luggage. When I selected the property on Expedia, I thought we were getting simply a room. The note said bed configuration was the choice of the property. We got a two bedroom condo, master king bed and whirlpool tub and the other room had a queen bed. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and there was also a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and an outdoor porch. I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of space and the fact that we were in the Bershires about 5 minutes away from downtown Lee. Great location to pivot to all points in the Bershires. There were 4 swimming pools, 3 inside, and one outside. Mini golf, fitness center, game room, and small cafe.

Receptionists at checkin were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a 2 story condo which would have been very useful if we were staying more than 1 night. The condo smelled musty like it had not been used in quite some time. At first glance the place was clean, but once we settled in I could see it really wasn't. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, dust in the rooms, there were weird crumbs in the corner of the bedroom and I saw toenail clippings in the bedroom carpet as well. Again, we were only there for 1 night all it was not worth making a fuss and either waiting for it to be cleaned or changing rooms. The bedding was clean which was the most important. However, the bed was not comfortable. It sunk in in the middle. Definitely will not stay here again.

The property was good. The "restaurant" is not something you would want to go to for dinner. It is a grab and go. We enjoyed our rooms, and it is conveniently located within driving distance of the attractions in the area.
There is an ambiguous pet policy. We were not allowed to bring our dog, but others had dogs.

Although if you’re on the first floor expect to hear your upstairs neighbors. (This was the only BAD part of the trip which was what sounded like kids jumping off the bed repeatedly until midnight, requiring a call to the front desk to remedy the situation)

access to restaurant 51 Park, quaint and quite relaxing...the very situation we customers neede. May 22-29 we were in Calif stayed at IHG in Fremont,
California. 31st of May we drove to Baltimore, NJ, NY then to thw SHRINE. Last year my brother & I stayed overnight at Oak 'n Spruce Resort...same place, as I visited the Shrine of Divine Mercy. Thank you much! Emilee Nicole & "Fritz" were helpful.

Very clean and commodious. It felt like a home away from home. It might feel dated to some but we found it very luxurious for the price. We didn’t really take advantage of many of the amenities but they are ample. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I would definitely come back.

Stayed one night. When I entered I found a clean neat and well supplied kitchen with coffee maker. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable for sleeping. Bathrooms very clean with plenty of towels. Our receptionist was spot on when she recommended 268 two floor condo. It was delightfully quiet. Wished I could have stayed longer but I’ll be back in August.

Resort is huge and is like what I pictured the resort in Dirty Dancing to be in its heyday. We did not make use of any of the facilities, but it seems like there was something interesting to do every day for kids despite the cold, April temperatures.
Our family of five (kids 17,13,6) stayed in a king and queen two bedroom. Room was spacious but definitely in used condition. We enjoyed the private balcony facing the woods. Weird bathroom open to bedroom in king bedroom, complete with 1980s style jetted tub with mirrored surround. All of us opted to use the bathroom in the queen bedroom. Cute well-equipped kitchen, but we ventured into town on recommendation of front desk staff to try the restaurants. Very happy with the suggestions!
Another curious feature was a tiny kitchenette in the queen bedroom with cooktop. The exterior doorknob was removed for that bedroom, but it must have been a standalone queen suite at some point.
There was noise from adjacent rooms audible from both bedrooms (people going up and down stairs and water running), but all of us adjusted and slept ok. We would stay again if price is right!
