Everything was really nice

The rooms were underwhelming and exceptionally small, however the staff was top notch and friendly, despite my inability to speak French.

Fine location welcoming staff but why is the front door locked. Great if you love perfume. The room only had a very small table. Unsuitable for home-work.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location. Access to T2 tramway and Mount Valerien/Surenes Metro station is just a 5 min or so walk up the hill. My personal preference is to use the metro/train station. It's 2 stops to La Defense Grand Arche and you can access the other metro lines. During metro strike, I had no issues getting around because of access to Line 1 and T2. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Have stayed here twice and highly recommend

Very good hotel, it is clean and is close to the train station. The breakfast was great and is definitely worth 17EUR for an all you can eat buffet. All the receptionists were exceptionally nice. If I am back in Paris in the future, I will definitely consider this hotel for another stay.

The location was great. It was a very short taxi to and from Paris

Quit location, close to Foch hospital for those who are planning to visit a friend or a relative in the hospital and planning to stay over night.

Absolutely amazing. Location was perfect; steps away from bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and train/tram. The room was perfect. Comfy, clean, and modern. I absolutely loved staying here and will certainly stay here again on my next trip.

Close to the local train station which has access to central Paris, nearby couple of restaurants, Mcdonalds, grocery store, so everything was there for us. Really nice and helpful people working there and pretty quiet air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay!

really nice, will stay next time. Only one downside breakfast very expensive, but hey you dont have to have it. Otherwise really great place to stay

The staff were wonderful. On checking in I had to report that my wallet had been just pick-pocketed. The staff members were super in allowing me the use of a phone to cancel credit cards. They were incredibly supportive and concerned. I am very thankful for their service.

The place just smells AMAZING!!! Super friendly staff. The upgraded our room which was great, but the hallway was a bit of a fire trap. They should have more extinguishers on the higher floors. The water pressure and internet were good. The towels were kinda meh. We didn’t eat or drink. Really close to a huge park, restaurants and a grocery store. We were there for remiss and it was an easy, flat 30 minute walk to Roland Garros.

Stayed overnight - service was friendly - checking in and out were quick, room was clean and comfortable. TV and WiFi all worked.

Extremely small room and very high price. Extremely high price per square meter. No bar or restaurant or gym. For this price this is crazy ! Good place to sleep and have breakfast. Nothing else.

Clean, quiet room overlooking the town hall. Staff were always very helpful and polite.

The rooms are functional but small. no amenities in the room. good bed though. breakfast area is small and nothing fancy but I think there was available what was needed/

Hôtel Mercure Paris Suresnes Longchamp is run by a team of excellent staff. They were very helpful and answered several emails even before my stay. The hotel is a calm place to stay and is very clean - breakfast was a buffet breakfast - it was very good. The hotel is a short walk to Suresnes train station (around 2 - 3 minutes). Once at this staton you jump on for a few minutes to La Defense Station then you are on the main line that runs across Paris - Most the main tourist areas are along this line. From Suresnes train station you can take a short ride in the opposite direction (about 5 stops) to The Palace de Versailles. As well as the train the is also a tram (and buses and taxis') On a couple of days I wanted to see a bit of Paris so I walked across the park into Paris to see the Eiffel Tower and also to the Arc de Triomphe - I think it's about 5 miles to walk to the tower. My return flight was at 8am - The receptionist with a couple of clicks on his computer booked a taxi for 5.50am - I was a bit worried that it wouldn't turn up on time, but no need to worry - the receptionist could track the taxi on the screen and Hey Presto! - 5.50am the taxi was there outside the hotel. From the Hotel to CDG airport it cost 70 euros. To sum up - Hôtel Mercure Paris Suresnes Longchamp is a nice place to stay with excellent staff.

Comfortable place but a bit cramped
