Staff is super friendly & even gave us a key card to use the laundry room after checkout. This was much appreciated as our wet towels from the beach would've made our ride home pretty smelly. THANK YOU so much for making sure our drive back home wasn't musty. 😜 The room, breakfast, & pool were amazing! Staff went above & beyond and were extremely courteous!

Room was comfortable and what we needed for a quick one night stay. The room however was not ready for us when we arrived. We had a room for 6 people. Only 4 sets of towels were in the room and there was no shower curtain to take a shower.

Joshua at the front desk was awesome, our 1st impression was impressive lol. He was very professional and personable! We enjoyed our meeting with him!

Overall, our stay was nice. Variety of choices for breakfast. The pool was closed for repairs, which was a little disappointing.

Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay!

roaches everywhere. sheets hadn’t been changed. extremely rude manager. house keeping came into room even with a “do not disturb” hung on door. ended up stealing our clothes!! RUN

The breakfast was okay. The room was nice and comfortable. A janitorial manager entered my room before I could answer the door and my wife was undressed.

We booked this hotel just for the indoor pool and spa and drove outta town for Christmas and we couldn’t enjoy our stay . Me and my family were very disappointed and the web site should have stated things were not in working order before people and families make reservations.

The food was excellent. The room was spotless and the bed slept well.

Everything was pleasant. Even the breakfast that was served in the morning.

Young man at front desk was very polite. Perfect location for a one night stay. The restaurant “ the shack “ across the street was amazing and we were also able to watch the sunset from the dock. Very clean hotel!

It was a clean, quiet hotel on “The Strip, which was perfect for getting to and from places near by! So, it’s In a Great location! The only this is, the coffee maker wasn’t clean, but they brought us another one.

First time here and the staff is very friendly and helpful.comfortable beds which is a plus when away from home. The only thing that we had a problem with is the tv not working properly.Breakfast is hot and good as well.

Before making a reservation to this hotel,I called and asked was this hotel across from the beach. Well I get there and it is not there is a port there a marina I was taking my family on vacation to the beach not to a port Marina. Well with there being a beach there that's what I was told right across the street I booked the room when I got there I tried to get the booking off the clerk told me that I was the 7th person that had been lied to and he is not been able to fix anybody's bookings. I told them I wanted a refund and I could go somewhere else they told me they could not do that that I would have to pay the whole stay 576.88 if I left that day that I got there so I asked if I stay one night can you refund the other he said yes I paid $288 for one night & was charged 576.88. I had a brand new hat stolen by room service when I brought this up they acted like they couldn't find my hat. One of the worst staffs besides the Hampton Inn by Hilton on Okaloosa Island. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn never again if I have to worry about my belongings being stolen. If I was not up under so much time I would have just called the police. Very unprofessional Hotel

Clean and friendly Wish could have checked in a little earlier

Due to an unfortunate health issue I needed a room as soon as possible (check-in is 3:30). The gentleman on duty was very kind and accommodating getting a handicap room and getting it ready as soon as possible. Please commend him for his service. Roy Dolgos - June 3rd reservation

The front desk was very helpful but the housekeeper was RUDE! I think her name was Nikki or Nakia she got upset because we called and asked why the room wasn’t clean and we were gone all day. We came back to room around 4 to get ready for a wedding we called fri t desk moments later she knocked and said she was there to clean I said we getting ready now that’s impossible so she got mad and just mumbled and I’m pretty sure I heard her cuss me out because she couldn’t do it then asking me why call then. Then 3 of the house keeping staff literally stared me and my wife down going and coming from car while they sat out front. My wife felt very uncomfortable.
