The staff were incredibly friendly and met any and all of my needs. They made my stay so enjoyable!!

This is a well finished and well decorated property. The unit we stayed was a tight space. We just couldnt get comfortable.

Great location. Very quaint & as advertised. Overall will stay again. Attention: Our Room was up 1.5 flights of steps. No elevator that we could find. Be aware.

The entry of the building (can’t call it a lobby as there is none) smells funky and musty like some old buildings do - not a great first impression. There is no actual staff present which I found odd. No workout facility. Room however was clean and comfortable.

The property is in a good location. Close to everything and walking distance to so many things from restaurants to wine bars and more.

The property manager was super responsive when I emailed for check-in instructions. Then being welcomed with a lovely room, restaurant recommendations, and free wine tasting was a super bonus. We were very comfortable and looking forward to staying at the Douglas again next time we visit.

Upon arrival I soaked in the claw foot tub. And sat on the sofa in the living area and enjoyed the “electric” fireplace. Nice separated areas for lounging and getting ready. Communication and helpfulness with the property manager was excellent. Clean. New/modern decor. Unit 8 (corner unit)

Lovely and clean. Rooms have everything you need for a nice stay. Very quiet in an excellent location. Check in and out couldn't be easier. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Charming room in great location. Great wine tasing and restaurants within walking distance on third. Only caution was that when I booked through Expedia, I did not get the Douglas welcome email with codes for front door and room (no onsite staff.). Good recovery when I called the after hours emergency number.

Great location! Communication was excellent. Would give a 10 if they had an ice machine on premises. Would definitely return.

Very comfortable bed but walls are thin (they provide earplugs). Small dining table/no desk so not great for working. AC works great in living room but no vents in bedroom or bathroom. Easy check-in/out and management was very responsive.

Loved the location the only problem was the entry door in the front would not unlock so you always had to use the steep stairs in the back alley.

Close to everything on 3rd street but toward the end of the downtown so it's a little quieter. Great location.
