One word to describe the property this hotel is located on is stunning. The view from the hotel swimming pool back to the hotel buildings is postcard material. The staff were absolutely fantastic - very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this resort.

Bucolic setting near marvelous towns in Puglia. Helpful staff, lovely pool, terrific views and comforyable lodging. We had twp terraces in our room...whovh jad the bathand sitting room on lower level and bed on upper level. .

A beautiful resort, a 15-20 minute drive to different towns in the area so a great spot to stay. Rooms clean. All staff excellent, breakfast is delicious and dinner too. Spa was wonderful Manuela is an exceptional therapist.

The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Our room, one in a block of 4 new rooms, was spartan and small. Given that the hotel is out in the country miles from the nearest town it needed more amenities and services. The dinners were ambitious but inconsistent in execution.

This is a beautiful property, well situated to serve as a base for exploring nearby Puglia towns (Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, etc.). Property is relatively new and our room was a suite - quite nice. Because we visited in November, we could not take advantage of the large pool (which is situated some distance from the rooms). Also, all dining during our stay was indoors. We had dinner one night in the onsite restaurant, which was good. The breakfast buffet was as expected for a property of this quality. Free parking is available in the onsite lot. We had a few issues, as follows: (1) the property is a bit off the beaten track, located on a very narrow country road, and was a bit difficult to locate with Apple/Google Maps, (2) at the time of our visit, the heating system worked but not the A/C (apparently it's one or the other), so we kept the window open. Unfortunately, there is a nearby property that appears to house a (barking) dog kennel and multiple roosters - it was noisy early in the am. The staff at the front desk and dining room were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Despite our few issues, we recommend this beautiful property for stays in the area.

This is a stunning property located very conveniently to explore the Valle d’Itria region. The room we were staying in was spacious, clean and well appointed. The swimming pool area is spectacular. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast selection is nice and sufficient.

It is the most stunning hotel from our whole trip to puglia. The grounds are beautiful, particularly the swimming pool. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The only thing they could improve is the pillows for the bed. The were a bit on the firm side.

Beautiful property and attention to detail on everything. Very kind owner and wonderful restaurant recommendations outside of the property.

We love that Ottolire is a small hotel (only 14 rooms) so it felt very relaxed and intimate. The food was very good and they don't mind going off-menu if you request it in advance. The communal bbqs are also really fun. The activities (free for guests) are a very nice touch (e.g. cooking with the lovely chef). The small spa is lovely for couples and they offer a good range of massages. The staff is unbelievably approachable and always at your service! The only comment we have is that there is no in-room tea/coffee making facilities, but that is quite a small disadvantage.

This place is amazing, so quiet, very beautiful and well organized.Next time we will be back at the same place for sure, this is a must in the region just to chill at the beach or explore the area.Staff is great and very responsive.

Location is a bit complicate da to reach and sound with gps.the bulding is new and costa, it's a great experience overall.Staff is kind and very nice.project for the future development are amazing, i'm curios to visit this place in no more than a year!

We enjoyed our stay at Ottolire Resort - the pool area was really the best thing about the hotel! It was lovely to have a little bar there with snacks and drinks, the guy manning it was great too - we asked if ice-cream was available and he went all the way up to the kitchen to check the flavours and then back again to get our order! The music by the pool was perfect too! SUPER relaxing and peaceful. The room was lovely, nice and spacious, the decorating was average though. The staff were kind and helpful, when we were able to find them.
