Comfy Beds, Beautiful and Clean Hotel!! My kids really enjoyed the Pool.

The room was clean and comfortable. We did experience an unfortunate event when the heavy, glass shower door fell off onto my wife causing considerable bruising and considerable pain to her arm. When she called to report it to the front desk, the first and only question was "Did it shatter?" I would have thought that the first question should have been, "Are you alright?"
They sent up a repair man to place the door back in place.
The following morning at check out. I mentioned the door falling off and the first and only question was, "Who repaired the door?" Again, I would have expected the question to be, "Are you alright?"
This was an unfortunate event, but what made it absolutely worse was the lack of empathy and concern for my wife's condition. We took pictures of the bruising to her arm which is still painful.
The complementary breakfast was good.

The walls were so sin all I heard was truckers driving by all night and the next-door neighbors TV and talking spend more money on safety security sound abuse for your customers and building beautiful lobby and parking lot. Otherwise everything was fine.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is super clean and quiet. Although it does have a conference room; so, it could be we were there during a slow time. Easy on-off the highway. Not very close to shopping or restaurants except for Dollar General

The shower did not work. The front desk person did not attempt to make it right, just nonchalantly said ‘have a good day’. Very poor customer service.

What a great property location was good, but there was no restaurants around and after driving all day, we were a little tired, awesome staff very clean bed soft comfortable best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Thank you.

We were assigned a room in between, and across from 10u baseball players (we knew this because they had signs on their doors). I should have immediately asked for a different room, but didn't. It isn't at all the hotel's fault that the boys were unruly, loud, etc. I do applaud the hotel for posting signs by the elevators that reminded guests of the quiet hours and that running the halls, slamming doors, etc, would not be tolerated after the first night we were there when the shenanigans went on waaaay too late. That said, the hotel was big enough that i am sure we were placed in that room for convenience of cleaning, etc. Overall i would stay there again. It was clean and well managed!

Booked this room for an event that was happening and when I booked the room way in advance the pool was open when I arrived it was down the whole weekend I didn’t receive any notice or anything that it was down untill I wanted to go enjoy it the front desk just kept saying it was down and didn’t know when it would be back I would’ve really wanted to know this ahead of time
