Overall a great place. Room was nice (balcony). Shower leaked like a sieve into the bathroom is our only complaint.

The hotel was good. The elevator not working.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for the Fourth of July. Great rooftop bar with views overlooking downtown. A little pricey for cocktails but to be expected for a nice bar. A short walk downtown will get you to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Very clean and friendly staff.

Nice clean room and professional staff

The view was excellent, the staff was great! The only reason I gave 3 stars overall is because the roof top bar and lounge were closed and that was one of the reasons for us picking this hotel. Had I known it was going to be closed, I would've picked another hotel. That being said, I like this hotel and will most likely use it again in the near future.

Nice modern property, insufficient lighting in the bathroom. Lots of fine dining nearby.

The staff was amazing Eric and the young lady o forget he name but they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing.

Perfect location for everything! Walkable! Parking was convenient & easy! Rooms were clean, staff was great! Will definitely be going back when visiting charlotte !

The good: pretty secure, loved all the key card access, the halls were clean, staff checking in were great. The bad: the door guy yelled at me and my friend because we couldnt find the key pad ro get into the sliding doors, our toilet broke and wouldn't flush, we asked the hostess on the 22nd floor if they had desserts, and she failed to advise us the kitchen had closed when she knew we wanted dessert.

Easy check in. Staff was courteous.

Great place! I will relax

This was intended as a special birthday trip for my fiancé. While we appreciated the decor and found the staff to be very pleasant, our overall experience did not meet our expectations based on past visits to Charlotte, NC. Upon arrival, we were assigned a double Queen room that was spacious with a great view and an impressive shower. However, we encountered several issues. The air conditioning in the original room was not functioning, and despite notifying the front desk, the room remained warm until a technician was able to reset the newly installed A/C. Although the room was cool by the time we returned, we faced another problem when we returned after 2 AM—the room was warm again. We were then moved to a different room on a higher floor. The new room, while cooler and more comfortable, was not as spacious, and the view was significantly less pleasant. Additionally, the TV remote in the new room was nonfunctional, preventing us from using the TV. Furthermore, the parking pass we purchased for an additional $30 per night did not work, resulting in an extra $12 charge for parking on our second night. While we acknowledge the efforts of the staff, the overall experience did not align with the luxury we anticipated given the price of our stay. We hope this feedback is helpful and that future guests will benefit from these observations.

The view

Was denied new sheets even thought I called to request the bed be remade.

Was not aware it waa near a train station - so having a balcony was not the best fit - had to calling for towels - and when they brought them - it was sat on the floor . Just noisy from The clicking of the refrigerator/ safe to loud guests. The breakfast was not appealing Elevator wait time greater than 5 mins

I did like that we had access to the rooftop bar as we were quest. It was great to enjoy a night spirits and only have to take an elevator ride back to our room.

Great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, very quiet, and a wonderful view. It was great going to the rooftop at night. I enjoyed my evening on the rooftop. It is a great view of the city from their, the drinks and food was excellent. The best thing about my stay was the staff was so helpful, professional but added a personal touch that me me feel extremely comfortable staying at the AC.

I like everything, no complaints.

It was right in the middle of Uptown which provided alot of options for eating.

Overall nice hotel in centre of Charlotte. Overnight parking a bit pricey though ($48).
