Amazing hotel experience. So clean and orderly. The food was amazing. Pool is exceptional. Very courteous staff.

Beds were a bit to firm for our liking but we found that to be almost everywhere or at least 4 out of 5 hotels we stayed had firm beds. The Beach part needs improvement or moved if possible. The pools and hot tubs were very nice though. .

Great resort feel away from business of Naha. We rented a vehicle so access was no problem while Family Mart is just a km and half down the road so no issues there neither. Beautiful in/out door pool and lagoon area for kids and more. Dine in/out no issues with several walkable restaurants in the area.

Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. Breakfast had a very good variety however the coffee very basic so I bought a coffee in the little outside the restaurant shop, it was a good cappuccino 😊 we did lunch of the menu which was excellent and the next day we did buffet lunch which was pretty good. I recommend this hotel for people who want to relax and maybe explore a little more this area. Check out the Kanoa store right outside of the hotel(north), my daughter and I really enjoyed this store😊

Clean, with polite staff with many that spoke English well. The check in clerk ‘s English was exceptional.

Is sad that for the price what you are paying, you don't get a private beach, you don't get a decent coffee machine in the room, at least Nespresso like Manza hotel (neighbor hotel) pool was the best for my kid. The rooms has a funny smell, q bit like turmeric or something that is inside curry. I was expecting a bit more.

Beautiful setting with great views of the ocean and peaceful outdoor areas. Excellent service and amazing rooms.

We enjoyed the view from our room, the breakfast buffet was great, would recommend the French toast. The main pool and lagoon pool were very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean.

This resort was GORGEOUS with spacious and modern rooms, and absolutely stunning views! The staff was so sweet and helpful (shout out to Micki Yoshida for being so lovely during out check in and out process). Be sure to sign up for the breakfast, it was great, and even labelled for allergies. The only downfall of this stay was how far out it was from Naha airport. The airport shuttle wasn't running, so it was very difficult to get to the property without a rental car. A number of the restaurants were closed during our stay as well as we went during the off season, but it was still a wonderful stay that I absolutely would recommend!

Very attentive staff with the utmost polite service. Pity the outdoor pools were not open during our stay. Would have been perfect.

With nice warm weather, it was disappointing that much of the outdoor pools were closed.

Had an amazing stay, but Outdoor pools were all closed, as well as the beach. Very disappointing as we had come all the way from Canada to enjoy the warm weather… On the other hand, staff were amazing and very friendly, good restaurants onsite, especially the bolognese, also very good restaurants close by.

This resort was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious with a great view. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was abundant with many options including US and Japanese foods. The Italian restaurant was good; however, the menu options were a bit confusing. Overall we loved the resort and enjoyed our stay. It is a popular location for Japanese families. The location is isolated so shopping and activities require a short bus or taxi ride.

The views are amazing, the staff were among the nicest people I have met at any hotel, every meal we had was great, and the hotel itself is beautifuly designed. Whether your are traveling alone, as a couple, or with kids, the hotel has something to offer for everyone. The pools and other amenities are great and everything is super clean.

Nice staff, gentle and always ready to serve. Breakfast buffet was good quality and diversified. In other hand was hard having a reservation for the restaurants other than the Italian. Having a Tennis or volleyball course in the hotel would be awesome. Over all a really good experience!!!

The outdoor pools and lagune were amazing. Room for improvement in waiting times - at check-in, for breakfast, and room service!

The hotel was great, but the Beach House is a little inconvenient and there were limited option of dining.

liked the pools but the rest was bad. No food other then the restaurant that were all booked and had to wait over an hour for breakfast very disappointed

This hotel is super nice and modern. And very expensive. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had really nice modern furnishings. And the bathtub was huge. We also had a nice balcony with a view of the private beaches and ocean. There are three pools: one indoor and two outdoor. And there are also hot tubs both indoor and outdoor. I really enjoyed all of the pools, especially the outdoor pools. I love a good infinity pool. I just wish they didn’t close the pools so early. We also had dinner at the Italian restaurant, which was tasty. And the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a huge variety of foods to enjoy, including western breakfast foods and Okinawan specialties. We also took advantage of the bike rentals and biked to Cape Manzamo. That was really fun. The private beach, though, was disappointing. It was very small and didn’t look out into the ocean, like at the other hotels I stayed at in Okinawa. Our friends stayed at the beach house, and they booked a two bedroom suite, which was very nice. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful with great pools and dining. But I’m not sure if it was worth the price we paid.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I had a lovely massage at the spa and the pool area was very relaxing. The food was very good. I took an ocean view room and it was worth it for the view and privacy of not facing the pool. Covid measures were excellent. I am very happy with my decision to stay here and I would like to go back one day.
