A parking space was reserved for us in front of the hotel. The staf were kind and helpful at check in. The room was very clean and what an amazing view on the ocean. Breakfast was also good. The only point for improvement is that down stairs tables and chairs were being moved late at night, which kept us awake!

Lovely room with fantastic ocean view. Extremely comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Short walk to Medina and all attractions in Essaouira.

We stay for four days,and it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed.Location is perfect,clean,big and bright room.Staff is polite always ready for help.

The hotel is very nice, good service. The rooftop restaurant could improve the appearance, but the food was very good.

This property is right across from the beach with quick access to beachside restaurants. Its a very short walk to the Medina and all the shopping and the area is very safe. The hotel itself, is very clean and updated. The staff is courteous, professional and friendly and breakfast was well worth it.

The view is stunning from the room, check-in and check-out were excellent. Downsides: Balcony door glass was broken and that is very dangerous, especially that we had a child with us. The bellboy on the check-out day was extremely rude, and did ask ask us to remove our car from the hotel parking after we handled the room key, altough we were still at the beach and other parking spots were free !

We are very disappointed with our stay at this hotel, before I booked we read the reviews online but all were from before covid 19 and also called to the hotel, booked one-night just to try it first at all..the phone number that was online according to the hotel manager is not an accurate number, the lady that answer that number they does not who she is..... After spoke to the hotel manager she offered us free drinks as an apology for it sowewait for the room we got the room nice fairly clean room bed was comfortable..then we order food to the room very hot spice seafood plate. The waitress took it back and bring a new dish again, we noticed the air conditioner was not working we called again to the front desk,,, after two and half hours we decided to go to the beach andthe ac was never fixed. so we found that the beach is an open beach to the public not a private beach anyone can go there, they told us at the front desk that the hotel have chairs with a hotel employee there,,,, hahaha no even one chair were there for this hotel, anyways as we were already there and everything in the hotel went wrong on our stay we decided to sit on the sand and look at the ocean and take turns to get a swim due to was not safe left our belongings on the sand.. Others hotels around evenhave a small stand that you an relax and ordersome drinks from, this hotel has none. Overall we are extremely unhappy with the stay.

On our motorbike on our way to Agadir from UK. This was the best bed - we overslept and had to run for our breakfast !

Very clean and new comfy room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a sea view room, you can hear the crashing waves at night and we were above the dinning area so nights were a little noisy, but not unbearable. I would stay here again.

We paid more and looking for a good rest in a king bed because it was almost the end of our trip. The lady in front desk gave us a small twin bedroom in the beginning, we could not accept and negotiated with her. She arranged another one for us, but we found that the other one was making twin beds together only and seemed not likely as the shown picture. It was not worth this price. The location is good.

The hotel itself is very good in a lovely area of the city. The employees of the hotel do really not fit to the 4 stars hotel. We had a problem with a room and unberable smell inside. The hotel's staff did nothing with it. After a three hours argument they change the room for other one, but the next day we had to change our room for another...

New, fresh and functional. Add to this great service and friendly staff. AC that works (!), large tv and plenty of channels, Smack right by the sea. Sharp and stable wifi. We were overall very happy with the stay at this hotel. Good value.

Friendly staff, Nice location near the beach, very clean and basic room. Breakfast was good; we loved the traditional moroccan pastries like baghrir and lemsemmen. At departure we asked a staff member where to find a shop to buy some food for our children (to eat during the 2,5 hour trip back to Marrakech). The staff member suggested he would buy the groceries himself, which we gratefully accepted. When he arrived back to the hotel he insisted we didnt have to pay for the groceries. Now that’s what I call excellent service (alhough I must admit I feel a bit guilty about not paying for the groceries). We will definetely come back to this hotel when in Essaouira!

No shower pressure. Shower is either very hot or very cold. Odd knocking during the day in storage room next to us. Most TV channels are in German, nothing in English, concierge was rude, they need to invest in some chaffing dishes. Breakfast served cold sausage and potatoes. Check in took forever and then when you leave they ask for additional money because they were unsure if you paid or not. They need a more knowledgeable staff, chaffing dishes, and a water pump.

Also worth mentioning is a climate controlled room which is harder to come by than ya might think in essaouira...being on the beach in November can be chilly at night so it was nice to be able to crank the heat and get cozy...after cold nights elsewhere in essaouira and also freezing in the sahara this was much needed.

Excellent location, closed to ocean and to old town of Essaouira, I would like to thanks a lot the waiters of the Breakfast restaurant, I’m sorry I didn’t remember their names but I didn’t forget their wonderful service and hospitality. really great job 👍
