This hotel is amazing!! It's hard to find a nice hotel when you're traveling with dogs an this one was amazing!! They welcomed out girls and even had treats for them. The room was clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant. If we're in the area again and in need of a place to stay we will defiantly be staying here.

Was a nice hotel was happy with everything until we had no water late sat night and was told it wouldn’t be fixed until late Sunday afternoon and the staff was basically like oh well

We traveled with 7 children! When we checked in we were told the pool was closed. This was a BIG deal because we made sure to book a hotel with a pool. It was apparent that the pool had not be treated, which should be a DAILY occurrence. The next morning we were told the pool could not be used for 5 hours. This means that the pool was treated that morning, not the evening before! We were only there for one night, so no swimming and 7 very disappointed children. Also, the plates and coffee cups were placed in the cabinets, but had not been washed. They were NASTY! Food had been left in the microwave by the previous guests and not removed by the custodial staff.
When I complained about these things (specifically the pool), I was met with an eye roll. It was obvious that the staff did not care about our stay.
I was very disappointed in this stay.

The room wasn’t throughly cleaned. Found socks from previous guests in the couch. Iron didn’t work and had to exchange it twice. Front desk was by itself a lot of the times.

I checked in just to drop my luggage and leave for a funeral. I noticed the restroom was not fully clean, but had to leave due to the time. When I came back to do a full inspection, my daughter and I had to wipe down everything and thoroughly clean our room at 12 midnight. I reported everything to the front desk. The front desk attendant stated they could possibly increase my honors rewards point. I told her I don't have honors rewards and I was not interested in signing up. The next morning I spoke with the manager who stated 40% would be deducted from my bill only to receive my receipt at checkout with no deduction. She asked if I wanted a cleaning that day and I replied no because I didn't trust it, especially if I've already cleaned it. The manager was not onsite during checkout. The front desk attendant called her and stated my complaint. I was informed the manager would contact me in the morning. So I'm waiting to see if this issue will be resolved.

We really enjoyed our spacious room. It was a very pleasant smell walking into the hotel initially. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had some sophisticated options which was a pleasant surprise

The staff was so upbeat and kind. Breakfast stayed stocked and fresh. Great options for the whole family. Gas grills in the pool area was convenient. The hotel smelled nice and the AC worked like a dream. Definitely planning on staying here again for our next Galveston trip.

Great stay for a solo trip passing through with my small dog, they had facilities for the dogs outside and staff was great. Nice clean comfortable and bright room.
