I liked that they let me check in early, the amenities was abundant there was plenty of food and drinks. I got a little confused with the elevators but they have a map. The only complaint I have is that I used the app for room service and never received my order. I was told my other people staying there that it was best to call in.

Great first stay at an all-inclusive resort. Would definitely recommend. Staff is very kind, area is very safe, and there’s lots to do considering it’s so close to downtown Cancun.

The property was super clean and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. Beach wasn’t very nice, but the pool was great with a lot of lounge chairs.

Friendly staff. There wasn’t a lot of food options and the food portions at all restaurants were small and we had to order more food with room service which were also small. The Hibachi restaurant wait line to dine was really long and the food was not good. The miso soup barely had broth in it. There was an unpleasant scent at in the morning which probably came from a brown march pond located next to the resort which you could see from the window.

It was a lovely stay. The staff are super polite and accessible. The food & drinks are truly unlimited and good quality. The housekeeping was diligent in ensuring rooms were always clean. There is a swamp near the hotel that produced a lot of mosquitoes which wasn’t fun, but overall an elegant stay.

The service in this resort is outstanding they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Bartenders like Jose, waiters like Rueben in the Mediterranean restaurant, and the servers at the preferred club bar is the reason I would recommend this resort.

If you have any allergies this is not the place to go. We specified allergies multiple times yet we had allergens in most of our meals and they had to remake them. Also, we stayed for 7 days and we had an air condition problem in our room all 7 days. The staff was great in addressing the issues but it was very inconvenient for us.

When I tell you this was an AMAZING experience… that’s an understatement! The food was EXCELLENT! The staff was super friendly, accommodating and just great people . The rooftop pool is breathtaking! Jessica who works at the this area was just amazing! Jose , the bartender at club 360 on the rooftop was SUPER FRIENDLY AND AMAZING! Makes a great cucumber margarita!There is not ONE bad view from the resort ! All the restaurants were wonderful! Highly recommend this resort!! I will definitely BE BACK!! The rooftop pool view is JUST out of this world beautiful!! I could keep going but you get it!!

The resort was really nice the food was great. And the staff was very helpful. We had stayed in the corner master suite. The room had the most beautiful view of the ocean and golf course. I would like to think Rosa at the preferred check in. She was very accommodating and helpful with any accommodations we needed. Also Now the bartender made our drinks exactly how we wanted them. Top notch! The rooms was very clean but but you can see some of the wear and tear on some cosmetic things at the resort. My stay was amazing and I will highly recommend this resort for an amazing vacation

I was given an anniversary special whoch covered 1 paying adult and each child was $4 each. Upon arriving i was informed i needed to pay an additional $380 to accommodate the children or I could not check into the hotel. During this stay I also contracted a bacterial infection from what i believe to be mold in the air conditioner unit and there was visible condensation leaking from the ac unit onto the floor. I was left with laryngitis prior to checking out of the facility and had no voice and a sore throat the remainder of the week. I was also forced into a 90 minute timeshare presentation in which i wasnt comfortable partaking in.

Service was impeccable. Definitely recommend!

They only have two restaurants open & it’s not even all day. So much mosquitoes on this property. They have a lagoon here so nothing but mosquito attacking you at night time

Overall the resort was good, just glad I purchased the preferred option otherwise I would’ve been disappointed not to have access to the rooftop!

The music at the pool starts at 7am and the leave blower at the same time wich makes sleeping not as comfortable but other than that everything was great

I am absolutely super happy with the Dreams Vista service. The whole team at the hotel is superb, so attentive, friendly and made me and my family so welcome. Food options is not good but remarkably excellent. 6 stars service. Will come back for sure. Thank you for making my Cancun vacation such a memorable one!!

There are areas that are not permitted for regular guests and every night one of the restaurants are close. So you may lose some facilities during your stay!

This property has great potential however I will not come back here again. I might not even fly to Cancun anymore because of this stay. There was no AC in most areas of the resort. The beach sand was really hard and when I entered the water a rock cut my foot. There are a lot of rocks in the water. Also you can see past the hammocks something very large floating in the water. The entertainment was boring most nights. Surrounding the hotel was a nasty swamp that smelled awful the moment you left your room. The man in the blue suit that shows everyone a picture of his two sons was extremely rude to us. He is the manager of the UVC, so if he tries to sell you a timeshare know that he is just a hungry shark trying to rope you in. He is not a nice man at all. The food was good but on the last two nights of our stay my wife and I got food poisoning. Imagine taking turns with your wife running to the toilet feeling like your throwing up and have diarrhea back to back. We have been home now for 4 days and we still have stomach pains and diarrhea. The good things about the resort was the spa massage. The kids play room and taste of the food that ultimately sent us to the toilet nonstop.

Our stay at Dreams Vista Cancun Resort had mixed experiences over the three nights. Rooms and Service: • The rooms were satisfactory, and the room service was reliable. • However, we faced persistent issues with the sink and bathroom, which clogged continuously throughout our stay, leading to a constant water pool on the floor. -sliding door removed in the bathroom area, no Privacy. -The hot water jacuzzi was never hot. -The drinks were mediocre, and poolside service was lacking. Frequently, our drink orders went unfulfilled, and there was no poolside bar. -The food quality for lunch was below average, with repetitive options each day. -Chips and tostada oil were of poor quality. -The pasta served at lunch was often watered down. -The Tacoria side’s staff was inattentive, and when I requested chairs for an empty table, I was told they couldn’t help, forcing us to arrange our seating. -The food at the Tacoria side was often empty and not refilled, and it was left open, exposing it to hair and bugs. -Evening entertainment was decent. -Poolside games were enjoyable. The elevators with no AC. The lobby bar & rooftop bar were positive,good staff. For a property marketed as five-star, it fell short of even four-star standards. Having previously stayed at Hyatt Ziva, which was an outstanding experience, I expected Dreams Vista Cancun, being a part of the Hyatt brand, to match that level of quality. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment, will not be returning.

My stay overall was excellent, the staff always had a huge smile and always extremely helpful. If wasn’t for the set back right at the beginning I would have rated this a 5/5 for me. But for now I’ll rate it 4 stars.

was our first time in vista dream Cancun properties. The hotel was very very clean and the stuff all them one by one were nice and friendly. The beach was really clean and water activities were very enjoyable and fun. Most of them are included with hotel accommodation. Adult rooftop was also clean and very chill place. The only things that can be a little better is night life entertainment there was only a sport bar but no any night club for spending the time at the late night. But totally it was a really good experience for my wife and I to stay there.
