Friendly staff and very efficient . Especially the receptionist Jill . Helped and supported me . From day one Jill made sure I was given a quiet room with disability access . Lovely area clean rooms with excellent breakfast

Loved virtually everything about this stay! My top tip select the bridge and waterfront facing views when booking your room so worth the extra cost when you can watch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony it was just Bliss for me! The sustainability here is to be celebrated and appreciated and I did. Loved the free prettywater bottle which you refill from the fountain downstairs, I brought three as souvenirs for my friends. The plant filled reception area was spectacular breathing in the air felt so clean. This was like an unexpected mini spa experience when I was initially expecting a city break- I was happy to be away from the bustle of Amsterdam and chill in the hotel so I did! Lol The swimming pool though smallish was perfect with three great jet pressure points and the spa area clean and welcoming! Had the best body treatment a body mask and massage with Mark (think that his name) he helped unlock my tight shoulders for sure! As for the Resturant be aware it does get busy and quite loud in the evening as it appears popular for functions but this makes sense as the food is yummy and well priced in a spacious environment. I will defo book here again made some great memories:))

Hotel Jakarta was excellent. All the employees, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, were very polite, professional, and went out of their way to help. While the hotel's location is a bit far from other restaurants, this wasn't an issue because their own restaurant is fabulous. The breakfast buffet in the morning is amazing, and we had dinner there almost every day—the food was excellent. Additionally, the hotel is close to Amsterdam Central Station and within walking distance. The room was very nice too. Overall, we had a great experience.

We were absolutely blown away by Hotel Jakarta. Beautiful property, wonderful spa, amazing food, and lovely staff. We cannot wait to visit again.

Very well maintained, large rooms, breakfast delicious, front desk staff very pleasant and helpful, ie cabs, directions.

This hotel's construction is unique in my experience. It’s predominantly made of wood with far less concrete and steel that you usually see in large buildings. Wood construction of high-rise buildings is relatively new. I’m told the building is highly fire resistant despite there being wood everywhere. Wood gives the building a warm yet modern Scandinavian feel. A buffet breakfast is included and is very good, and we also had dinner in the restaurant twice. The dinner menu is extensively Indonesian, which is fine for me, I like moderately spicy food.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic from the food, host, choices. Pool and sauna was very nice to unwind at end of day in Amsterdam. Transportation to tram was 5min walk, very frequent and easy to central station for any connections. M52 Line to RAI convention was easy and under 10 min to door. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights after a 14 night river cruise. This hotel is beautiful in design and located on the river. It’s around a 2 kilometre walk to the train station or into the city. However it’s quiet! The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good shower. There was even an iron & iron board. There are many items to choose from at the breakfast buffet. We had dinner at the restaurant both nights and each night it was lovely. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Totally recommend this hotel.

The room was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but the bathrooms aren’t practical. No place for soap bar at the sink, and minimal room for toiletries. No air conditioning. View was nice, room quiet. I requested former pillows and they delivered them right away. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was so convenient to the Paris Airport. It was a very short walk, less than a block and right by train station. We were greeted right away when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The decor was fun with a combination of modern mixed with nostalgic. Would highly recommend!!

Ideal stay if heading out for a cruise. 10min walk to the cruise terminal. The hotel itself was very well maintained and clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay in such a unique setting. Thank you.

We were leaving for a cruise and stayed here due to its proximity to the cruise terminal. We had a really large room, and the breakfast buffet was great. We had dinner at the Indonesian restaurant and it was fantastic. Great service all around.

Very nice hotel in the perfect location to catch our cruise. We definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Sauna/pool/gym closed way too early at 10pm. Staff started warning you to leave at 945. Uncomfortable! Obviously they badger you to leave because many people frequently wish to stay later. For a 4 to 5 star hotel which is otherwise amazing, they should staff this night time luxury. I literally chose this hotel for the sauna.

Hotel was Okay, but everything was smaller than expected, small pool area, small fitness area

The property was very nice except for the beds. The small topper as a second mattress was too small and uncomfortable. Every time we moved, the topper(not mattress) slid off and felt like we were falling out of the bed.. it is also not in a convenient location. It was far from everything except the train station

Hotel Jakarta is a very welcoming, friendly, beautiful, relaxing hotel. All the staff are happy to help. The rooms feel luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. We hired bikes but the bus to central station is very frequent and easy to use too.
