The weather was pretty chilly. Had a great time in the area. The hotel room bed was very comfortable. Asked room service to come in and take care of the air conditioning problem. It must’ve had problems with it made all kinds of horrible noises when it kicked on and rattled. They left the air conditioner vent lay on the floor. Asked them to put a new one in or replace it or put it back in, never come to the room for three days stay

Enjoyed the room. Extremely nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The coffee machine in the room is broken, wife discovered that trying to make a cup of coffee. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay

The service desk was great, very helpful and friendly. Room was good but bathroom had a dirty counter. Beds were comfortable with fantastic pillows. Pool was very clean and a comfortable 85 degrees. Breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel was easy to get to. It was close to a Kroger and other types of businesses you need. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Not overly priced compared to other hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was nice, but the maintenance really needs to visit the room. We were in a handicap accessible room. We had a lot of issue with the key entry. My biggest issue with the room was the flashing smoke detector. It was very disturbing. The HVAC unit rattles when it comes on. The soap in the shower wasn't locked in so we had to hold it on the wall to use it. The faucet (part you turn water on) in the shower was loose so when you set it to the temp you want, it slowly falls and the water gets hotter. Not safe if we had our kids with us. The bathroom lighting was very dim and I'm pretty sure the fan wasn't working. I know this is a lot of not great, but it was a clean room and comfortable bed. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel. I doubt all their rooms have problems.

This property was very convenient to things we wanted to see and do in the area. It was easy getting in and out of the parking area and gave easy access to the interstate highway. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast offerings were excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was super nice front staff and breakfast staff was always nice and available for whatever was needed. Room was Clean only thing I would suggest is when washing and folding towels and wash clothes try to make sure hair is not left on them every day we got new towels there was other peoples hair on them when you went to use them (and trust me it was not ours you could tell) but other then that it was a great stay!!!

Everything was great. Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Only real issue was that the WiFi was very spotty and didn’t work most of the time we were there.

There was only two wash cloths and rags for a suite that had double beds and a pull out sofa. It was three of us. When inquiring about additional rags to the staff, she stated that we could only have two additional sets because they were limited. It’s unsanitary to utilize the same wash cloth.
