Customer service was great. Staff was very friendly and the GM even ran out to my car at check in to get my license plate number for me.

The breakfast selection was lacking and the shower was not draining well and had a big stain or something by the drain so we didn't want to use it. Wasn't a huge deal to us as we were just driving home for the day but may be a deal breaker for others.

Rude house keeping

Good location. Large room.

Dated. Needs upgrades and lighter colors. Needs more towel racks. Motorcycle group was also staying there and was allowed to block entrance with their bikes

Quiet, convenient location. Decent Breakfast. Good value.

First room, A/C was not cooling. Moved to adjacent room. Shower in second room flowed down wall, across the tub and flooded the floor. Drain in tub was slow/clogged.

this was the second time staying here. definitely gonna be our go to.

Booked for 8 guests but had 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 bed, and no sofa bed. We were told that could not be changed cuz they were overbooked. Small bottles of toiletries were half full so not sanitary using for multiple guests. And front desk said they were out of shampoo. Said pool #1 was closed but that was the only pool!

We were upgraded to a larger room when we had some trouble with our key card. The bed was comfortable and we slept very soundly. The location was very convenient - less than 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. The room was clean and quiet. :)

We were only there for one night. Overall it was perfect for our needs. Check-in was a bit slow with the key snafu, but they made it right.
