The hotel was a breakfast-only hotel, which we were not aware of. However, we did not think the breakfast was good. The staff spoke poor English. The rooms, however, were good, and the cleanliness of the rooms was good, with comfortable beds.

This hotel pleasantly suprised me, the location is great and the service was up to a good standard, but the 2 things that made the stay a bit unpleasant was the breakfast and the Parking. The parking is not nearly enough for the amount of guest's with vehicles, I was parked in and couldn't get out for work on the morning. The breakfast area is tiny and again doesn't have enough seats for the amount of guests, there were days were people were standing and eating.

I like area as safe, walkable dinning options, convenient transport and ....

Breakfast was weak but other than that everything was perfect. Staff is very polite and helpful, location of the hotel is good.

Hotel needs refreshing and upgrading with towels, linens, drapes (dirty)reception needs better approach to the customers..

Lovely hotel, area around run down a bit. Staff fantastic, food ( breakfast) , good quality and plentiful - clean large room, stunning bathroom, bed and pillows comfortable- mini bar good( but didnt use, hot drinks tray a bit poor- Would book again if we return to Belgrade

Very good hotel in a convenient location

The hotel was quite new so everything was very fresh. It was in an easy area to drive to and park. The hotel had its own parking lot but I wouldn’t try parking a big vehicle there. It was a bit of a tight squeeze. We had to walk to see the sights of Belgrade but I suspect wherever you stay in the city that this will be the case as they are not all in one area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great property with great location . friendly staff , great breakfast and amazing free parking which is key in this city . Also room was very spacious.

The hotel was really nice. The staff is welcoming. The location of the hotel was also very nice. If I come to Belgrade again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The room was nice enough and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, not very delicious but fine for being included with the room rate. All in all it was a fine hotel for a short stay. The location wasn’t bad either - an easy walk to Republic Square. If you are considering the spa, I wouldn’t recommend. “Spa” is a misnomer as it is just one large dark room with a jacuzzi, two lounge chairs, and a very small sauna. Massages are also only offered in your hotel room or the spa. However, if you choose to have one in the spa it will be in the middle of that large room - not very relaxing. Massages must also be paid in cash only and cannot be charged to the room - FYI.

The room was modern and clean, although a little small. We were disappointed to learn that it costs €45 to use the jacuzzi for 2 hours which was not made clear in advance. Our biggest issue was the A/C in our room was set to heat only, we were told this was because it was their winter, despite it being 28 degrees each day of our stay. We opened the window on our first night to find ourselves inundated with mosquitoes and my partner was bitten. Could have been a much better stay with what should have been easy fixes but unfortunately they didn’t happen

Clean hotel with a great location. Thet do though need to improve their breakfast buffet.

The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.

Nice hotel with a great location. Only downside is that the breakfast is really bad.

I don't have much to say because it was actually a very nice stay and you guys deserve 5 stars. Small notes would be that the service was a bit mixed. It is very important that the customer is always top priority. When someone associated with the hotel straight up says "I don't have time for you" it sets a bad example and often times it makes people not return. I hope I will return here but I will have to think about it.

Amazing staff and great location.

Very convenient location. Very difficult to park/get out of the parking lot. The room is small, the bathroom great, and there is no place to put a laptop and work. There is a table and a chair squeezed between the bed and the table, but, unless one is below 1.60 meters it is impossible. The breakfast is below average for a 4-star horel.

I enjoyed staying at the Sky Hotel in Belgrade. The staff were very kind and professional. I loved the location, close to city center. The breakfast was very good also. Thank you.

Very nice hotel. near to center and kale meydan. Good parking area. Quite calm street. I liked this hotel very much.

Once you know the route the -rather new- hotel turns out to be in the very midst of town. Friendly and helpful staff. A small well stocked supermarket is at < than a 100 metres. In our booking a decent breakfast was included (although we missed some yoghurt). Good mattresses and quiet surroundings. My room included a very large balcony, which should be nice in summer. I would definitely stay here again.

The space for breakfast is not enough.

Instead of an VIP-Upgrade I got a downgrade! My room was at the ground floor, room no. 002, next to the Bar and the toilette! Very noisy! In the bathroom there is no mirror at the washbasin available, that´s really incredible! At the reception I asked for another room but it was not possible. Furthermore, I asked to book the airport transfer to my room but even that was not possible. The lady told me that I have to pay cash for the transfer and the taxi driver has no problem with change money even if I pay with a EUR 100,- note but finally he had no change money at the airport. I needed to seek for an ATM and I needed to withdraw money to pay the Taxi. Altogether it was very disappointing and one of my worst stays in a Hotel what I booked via Hotels.com!

We have made Sky Hotel our go to hotel when visiting Belgrade and we love it. Already looking forward to visiting again :)
