The property is abandoned. No people or cars anywhere. Should be removed from expedias inventory

There was no one in the office when we arrived, but there was clearly construction going on blocking our access to the property. There was also a strange man who tried to approach us while we were trying to reach the owner, and he scared us off. We never did get to stay, I would not recommend this property. I can understand a property being under construction, but not leaving it unmanned when you are expecting guests and allowing strangers roaming the property.

I arrived at 5:50 p.m. The lobby door was LOCKED, with a handwritten note to ring the door bell and/or call a specified number. I did both, TWICE, over the course of 15/20 minutes and no one ever responded to my rings. A guest on the property said the manager had left. Forced to find a different hotel, I resisted the site in the morning, and there was STILL NO ONE ON SITE, AND NO RESPONSE TO MY RINGS. The hotel is older, grubby, and a bit derelict.

My 35 old daughter and 32 year old son walked away after seeing the room. The person at the office took us to another place even worse because the one on Cloverland had maintenance problems. I will be calling the BBB tomorrow to report this establishment.

Disgusting. Repulsive. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have turned away. Parking lot unplowed. Garbage everywhere outside. Room a pit. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Heater broken and stuck on high. Garbage still in room and under bed from previous stay. This shouldn’t be rented until remodeling is complete. Or bulldozed.

24/hr check-in is not available. We arrived around 6:00pm and had to wait outside a locked door for 30 minutes before staff pulled up in their car to check us in, all despite the "open" sign, a doorbell, and a security camera watching us. My phone was not making/receiving calls in USA for some reason despite my travel pass (as I'm not from USA), so I could not call the phone number listed on the door. After finally arriving, the staff member rudely told me that I should check my voicemails, and that they left our room UNLOCKED with the key on the bed. Any person could have walked in off the street and entered our room before we arrived. Completely unsafe. This staff member offered no apology, and was passive aggressive and rude throughout the check-in process. I have never been treated so poorly by a stranger in my life. Bedsheets were dirty and stained, it was unclear if the towels were fresh. We slept on top of all the sheets and instead used emergency blankets we had in the car. I will never stop here again.

Ick. Gross. If i were hotels.com, i wouldn't want my company represented by this place.

No toilet paper, no coffee or cups, no soap. Very old & very dirty. Web site says 11 am checkout, desk says 10 am.

Was very dark and nothing like the pictures we saw on the site

Front desK and management was so rude. We did not stay. Parking lot was dark and there was garbage everywhere. Did not feel safe or welcoming. After we decided not to stay we received a rude call from the manager. Would not recommend to anyone

The first room i was given had no power at least the lights werent coming on. They gave me a different room as soon as i said something about it. Not the cleanest place but nothing bad enough to not stay there.

Terrible. No one was ever at the front desk. Rain the bell 8 times, pounded on the door. Took 3 phone calls to get anyone. Room was disgusting and dirty. Garbage left over from who knows when. Wasn’t even the same type of room I originally reserved. Bathroom was disgusting and dirty. Floor dirty, unswept. Carpet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. Overall the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at.

They told me when I arrived that they were overbooked and weren't all that gracious about it. Like it was my fault. Because of that, I had to spend $50 more for a room in another property.

Needs lots of repairs

The room was clean and acceptable for the price. The stairs were difficult for senior citizens like us. There was a musty odor in the stair well and the property needed major upgrade/renovation. This was listed as 3 star which was way over rated

A terrible stay. It was dirty, there were cobwebs on the door frame and the carpet was dirty. The refrigerator was broken, very noise and didn't work at all. Is was said to include breakfast, but there was nothing except three or four donuts that had been there for who knows how long. So horrible. I will never stay there again.

This motel is filthy. It looked and smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. I almost went and slept in my car. Absolutely disgusting.

Our room was damp. The floors were wet and our refrigerator didn't work.

I resent reserved a room and an hour later told it was not an available. Also told a refund will take six days for the difference. Check in person was sick and would also be setting up the breakfast for the next day. We did not do the breakfast. Fridge in the room did not work

I think the health department or state needs to check this plce out. The floors were so dirty I had to put clean socks on to put my shoes on. The carpet felt like it was full of sand. There was a pair of slippers under one bed from a previous tenant, goes to show how well the rooms are cleaned. Would recommend bull dozing down it was so bad!

When we arrived the person in the office was in another room and we never saw her. The housekeeper person came to help us but the office door was locked. All in all horrible room, dirty and used towels and soap in bathroom. Stained floors and trash outside our room.

We found hair in the bed, holes in the carpet, overall unpleasant .

Do not stay at this hotel. There are cheaper or similarly priced hotels that do not feature peeling paint, rotting wood, and disabled vehicles without license plates sitting in the parking lot. When I pulled up I realized the pictures must have been taken more than a decade ago and with a favorable filter. Don't waste your money. Go to the AmericInn down the street.

We left got another hotel looks like a drug den

Older hotel that seems to be undergoing a renovation. The interior is better than the exterior.

Nice hotel, a little dated, we were told that at booking. Comfortable and pleasant.

Although we were shown the breakfast room when we arrived it was not open in the morning for breakfast. Luckily the gas station next door had not too bad coffee available. Bed was quite comfortable and clean. No smoke alarm and lights dimmed when we plugged charger in. No hangers to hang clothes. Window opened enough to let fresh air in since there was an overwhelming perfume smell. Floor felt sticky. Good that pets were allowed. Reason we chose this hotel. Was nice to be able to back car up almost to room entrance to unload pets.

Property not maintained. Damage to walls in bathroom. Horrible shower, no lighting, TV difficult to work. Wifi barely worked. Dirty floor carpeting. Odd smell to bed-spread. Outside there was a smell of animal decay close by. Normally I can with stand alot. I was there a week an not once was there cleaning staff nor was anything replenished. I had to go ask for things.

The place looked terrible & that’s all I have to say. Would NOT recommend that place to anyone.

The unit we stayed in needed cleaning and the security door needed to be fixed.
