Only stayed one night. Wish it could have been longer. Loved the balcony!

Pissed off at this boutique hotel is amazing. The rooms are wonderful and super comfortable.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and we were eager to leave. Whilst we were waiting for check-in time, we were told that we could wait in an upstairs lounge. However, when my mother attempted to sit in one of their chairs, it collapsed from underneath due to one of its legs being bent inwards. This was also the case for three other chairs in the lounge. My mother ended up hurting her back and side quite severely, and whilst the staff were apologetic and kind, it soured our view of the hotel. They tried to offer us a meal as compensation, but we were not interested. The hotel room itself also had a few faults, such as a broken toilet roll holder, and the flushing panel for the toilet kept falling off. The plug in the sink was also damaged, and water from the shower next to the bed had also damaged the cornices of the wall. This caused a moldy smell to waft near the bed. Hopefully, they review our room for the health and comfort of future customers.

Was a nice property very central. The hotel was cute and the staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. It was located within walking distance of most of the iconic places. Parking did cost 5 euro across the street but it wasn’t a big deal to us, just something to keep in mind if you’re driving.

Wonderful and accommodating staff. Hotel is in a very busy and congested area, which is not the vibe I got from the description and pictures online. Parking is problematic. Room layout was very strange with a sink right next to the bed. Rain shower didn’t work. The first room they gave me smelled heavily of smoke but they were very apologetic and moved me. Again, staff was lovely! But it was not my scene.

Nice room with a view. However, the stuff needs to be trained better. The lady at the reception asked us for a credit card (for incidental charges) with the reasoning "just in case you take something from the room and you don't pay it". This is not professional. The breakfast was horrible. They served us a very poor breakfast,a cold coffee, 2 eggs, a little bowl of cereal and a very little bowl of fruits with two slices of bread. It was a breakfast for one, not for 2 people. This is definitely not a 5 start hotel

The Hotel was great - really enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent and rooms were good. The hotel has no parking but the arrangement with the local parking lot seems to work and at 5 Euros a day there can be no complaints. Food in the hotel was good - mostly Italian style but still good. Staff were all friendly and helpful to our needs at all times.

This was a very unique property! Our room had a sitting area, a hutch with a huge variety of Cretan food/wines in the mini bar, electronic settings for the lights/curtains and even to move the TV. It was spacious and the breakfast with our meal was fabulous. If you are not travelling with a spouse it may be a bit odd to shower though as the toilet and shower were separate spots (shower had a clear door) and the sink with mirror was beside the bed. It was different to get ready in the morning and impossible not to wake the other person if you wanted to use the sink but otherwise it was fabulous.

It is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and it has good food. Breakfast included is fantastic. The location is excellent.

Stayed in V Suite, which was positively gigantic by European standards. Also had a huge balcony overlooking a busy intersection. Very conveniently located, walking distance to the restaurants/pedestrian area. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast choices were over the top and couldn't possibly be finished by a normal human being; staff was very nice and offered to pack the extras as a to-go box. Our last day we had an early morning ferry and they packed us a breakfast box to go.

Very nice hotel. Nice sized room with all amenities. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a few blocks to main shopping and dining areas with great food and shops and the old fort and waterside was also a short walk. Would definitely return

Due to the poor layout, design, and quality of the rooms' furniture and amenities, this hotel should not be rated more than a 4-star (at best). The restaurant and hotel staff are however lovely.

The room was very comfortable with space to move, a comfortable bed and a shower with incredible water pressure. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The elegant style & Design of the room

This is a very nice hotel. Please note that sometimes the service is over organized. Business travelers don't like to fill in the breakfast request and time of breakfast a day in advance. Please relax!!

They called and said the hotel would not be open. They transferred me to their sister hotel, the Olive Green. The first night was Saturday night. The noise was so loud it kept us up. All rooms face a street. The noise was all night long.

Great location. Breakfast brought to room during off season. Really enjoyed stay. Minor negatives: hard to understand parking options when first arriving ( exact email instructions might help); Room a little awkward for second suitcase. Also a list of ‘pre-approved’ restaurants within walking distance might help a little. Thanks to staff, esp Maria and Constantine.

Perfect location for getting around city centre, breakfast was delicious and the staff were so attentive, kind and judy brilliant!

A pure luxury boutique hotel! Expect to be totally pampered. Upon arrival to your hotel you are greeted with a smile & a delicious welcome drink. In your beautiful suite complementary pastries & drinks. Oh yes, in the morning greeted with a delightful breakfast ( homemade crepes, fresh orange juice, coffee, bread basket, omelette, etc.) room service. What a luxurious experience!

Loved this boutique type hotel. The room was incredible with a beautiful balcony and seating area for breakfast. Incredible customer service.. some of the best add on service related options I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed in hotels over 130 days this year alone. Beautiful bar area. Great area for night options but slightly noisy although quiets down the later it gets in the Evening. Walking distance to the harbor as well

Well located, very nice welcome and client support during our short stay, excellent breakfast with local products. The existence of a separate room with a nice sofa , table etc , and of a balcony with a nice view on the port are very good points . However, the absence of a proper bathroom (the shower is in the bedroom) make it not suitable for all age. But that is an unfortunate new trend in this industry. We'll keep a very very good memory of our stay, and would recommend this hotel.
