On the hotels.com web site it states you get a week of free parking at the hotel they say no 5 days I would of stayed at a different venue if I knew it was the case I brought it up with the gal at the desk and she said it was hotels.coms fault either way it’s wrong and misleading

One of the best stays I’ve had in years as both a business and personal traveler. The staff was amazing everyone we came in contact with when above and beyond to make our trip pleasurable. One of the best breakfast I’ve had in the last 10 years at a hotel. Perhaps the most surprising thing was the fact that during our tonight and three day stay, we were never disturbed by noise, whether it be from the hallway from the road or in any of the visitor areas. It was if the rooms were soundproof.

Nice cozy hotel near Glacier National Park and the cute towns. we really enjoyed our stay. Nice free breakfast and coffee served all day with a fire in the lobby. We would come back!

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip to Montana. They are literally in the parking lot of the airport which was super convenient due to a late night arrival. All of the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The lodge is beautiful with a large fireplace in the lobby, a big screen TV in the sitting area, and a children’s area with a TV. The breakfast was as to be expected for a free hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and a selection of pastries. Breads, and cereal. The room was clean and quiet. The mattress could have been softer, but we still slept well. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay here again.

The front desk personnel were not very personable at all. They never looked up as you were walking by the desk to greet you. On the other hand, the breakfast staff were amazing. They were friendly and extremely attentive. I have to give a shout out to one of them, Sheryl, who was a lovely woman. She went above and beyond.

Very nice stay! The beds are comfortable and the view was awesome. Staff was friendly and I love that they have a little shop for a variety of items. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious, you never know when breakfast is free, but very good. We had waffles, eggs, sausage, French toasts sticks, juice, and all the sauces! Only thing I would advise is you can hear the highway fairly good, we were in a Mountain View room. Next to an airport, but I didn’t hear that at all. Overall I would stay again, I don’t say that often about hotels.

Didn’t have hot water when we checked in, they offered to move us but it was to a lower floor so we politely declined. We were offered a 20% discount on our rate from the manager. However, I haven’t seen anything reflecting any discount on my account yet. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Close to Banff with view of some mountains, has a nice downtown area, updated washer/dryer but it did have a clogged bathroom sink. Contractor husband was able to unclog without help from staff.
