From start to finish it was a complete night mere no clean towels rong code to get in to rooms toook ages to sort out on phone no reception to go to I would not stop their ever again or recommend to no body so sorry to have to write this but it really is not acceptable

An absolute disaster from start to finish never go there agai

The one star I gave was because of assistance by staff. The room should be used even in a refugee camp. The showe space is small enough for a 10 year old. The taps in the shower and sink is filthy. There was no housekeeper to replenish toiletries. The worse part of it all is the bed. The frame is dirty and the mattress hollow from the middle to the end of the bed, and no change of beddings. I can't take it for free, will never recommend it to my colleagues and definitely never go back. It would have been much better to sleep in the car and burn fuel than this hotel. The name doesn't match the service in all ramifications.

The room was very spacious clean and tidy, the windows only one would open tho as it was very warm. The poster on the wall outside does not look like it does now and could do with new ones. We found it comfortable, our first night we didn’t have any hot water which was very disappointing. However it was a pleasant stay for the weary travellers.

The buliding was ok but does need some work, i had a couple of holes in our room on the floor one of our lamps is badly broken , the building was very warm but our room was not but i suppose that was better.

After reading bad reviews found the establishment pleasantly quiet & comfortable. Obvs cheap and basic but fine for a budget traveller.

Wish I had the read the reviews, this hotel is appalling Only one pillow, two bits of milk and unmanned so you can't even get anything . The pillows were also dirty and thebsdinwas so small you could fill the kettle. No parking information supplied. The helpline was answered quick but what they need is staff on site. I would not want to stay there as a single female The photos don't show the actual rooms...

Dirty room, light fittings hanging off the ceiling, gap in door so constant draft, waited half hour to receive key code for door.

Really poor. Didn’t have the code to enter the hotel. A 10 min phone call later let us in and then no room code. Again a 10 min phone call got no where then was told someone would come in 2 mins, 10 minutes later we gave up and went somewhere else without seeing the room. Kitchen was open but no one on site.

Ceiling was leaking but got moved. Noisy. Holes on the boarder on the bathroom. Had to move kettke to a plug to have a coffee.

The room was horrible, lamps smashed and only one of the two worked, fitting hanging off the wall, kettle could not reach the plug sockets, I could go on and on

Net Curtains torn, grubby, not like pictures on website, or the pictures on the outside, very misleading, pay cheap get cheap and nasty, bed uncomfortable, cheap divan springs stick into you, shower very small for Lilliput people, curtain sticks too you, or you. Bang yourself on tiles, bruised elbow, wardrobe broken handles, n chest of drawers broken,, wallpaper hanging off,

We stayed in room 10, was a small room however we didn't need nothing big. Only problem there is no air con, no fan so was extremely hot. We Loved the pressure of the shower I wanted to take it home. There was a bag of rubbish left in the reception area which in the heat was extremely smelly making us gag! It Was there a long time smelt like poop! There was towels, soap, tea, coffee, mugs left for us :) (no spoon though) for what we paid we was quite happy and would stay again :) We had problems when we first arrived checking in, however there was a number on the front door, we called it and the gentleman was very helpful. Thanks for a nice little stay, so convenient near the sea front yet very quiet. :)

Kettle didnt work matress had springs sticking out changed the entry codes but didnt inform us stayed 6 nights only serviced once no coffee milk etc Will neverstay here again

It really wasn't good .it wasn't what it was advertised on the website. It said bed and breakfast there was no breakfast because there was no staff .the staff wer surpose to come replace toilet rolls etc they didn't so we ran out off things .no spoons to stir ur tea etc .they changed the code to your room when you paid but didn't lnform you .the majority off people that wer staying there wer not happy. We will not be staying there again for there again we paid a lot off money and wer very disappointed it ruined our stay in gt yarmouth

I did t stay as I was unable to get into the property, resulting in my daughter and I going home! I’m disgusted with this and will be wanting a full refund

No lightbulbs. Stained bed linen. Mouldy shower curtain.

Property was ok but bit tricky accessing room by code .Good location

It was a budget room and very much felt like it, there was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door so couldn't close the foor, and the TV had some kind of bodged DIY wiring which sparked nad buzzed when I used the TV. In the end I turned the TV off for my safety so that was not usable at all. Wallpaper pulled off, plaster crumbling.

it was to hot the blood window was broken could not sleep people blood shouting so in the end me and my partner sleep in the car we will not be booking with you again

We just needed to stay one night and was just what we needed .we didn't need breakfast but just a room The room was clean and had everything we needed .it was easy to get in the room via the key pad. We were greeted at the hotel by a proprietor who was extremely helpful and friendly . The hotel is right next to the sea front and a few minutes into town . The only downfall is parking but this applies to most hotels in the area .it was difficult finding a car park that wasn't full that was not miles away . No reflection on the hotel though this is really to be expected in a busy seaside town.excellent value for money and will definitely use again if we are in the area

Terrible property filthy, dangerous and all in all not suitable for my dog to live in.

This was booked for a short stay in great Yarmouth, I have to say unfortunately this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. It smelt of old cigarettes, the TV did not work. It was boiling hot as only a very small window, lumpy pillows, blood in toilet.

Toilet was leaking - Called through to several different people to try get different room/engineer to sort and no luck. Was abit of a pain there not being no point of contact

We weren't told this place was unmanned or that we would not be getting a breakfast at the bed and breakfast and our check-in and check-out times were changed all told in an email less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive, along with being told that the booking can not be changed despite all the changes they made last minute. The maids moaned because we wanted to use the room after they cleaned it 45 minutes before we were due to even leave. We were told to collect a parking permit from a local shop which is a total lie. The hotal does not provide permits despite 2 phone calls to the help line with them assuring us they did, then when questioned about another guest saying they were told to park in a car park Omar told me over the phone which road the car park was on and to park there. It advertises free wi-fi but neither myself or my wife could find the wireless network the email gave us. Mould on the wall and net curtains and bare wires hanging from the ceiling. The bed sheets were clean! Although the springs digging in my back through the matteress dampened that little positive. Cheap place to stay, I except that but please just be warned that it isn't what it is made out. Don't advertise something like parking, wi-fi and breakfast when you aren't providing it.

Room looked like it has been recently decorated and the bed was comfortable and was extremely close to the beach sea front and town centre. Main snag was, no remote for the tv, one mug when it was a double room, headboard light and power point wasn't working, bathroom sink tap felt like it was going to come off each time I went to turn it on and off and the walls/door wasn't soundproof as it appears the place is used to house people without full time accomodation and they were very loud till quite late!

Good licatuon for tiwn centre. Bssic but wasnt after anythung fancy. Perfect for short stay
