This was a nice quiet mom and pop property. It was exactly what we were looking for. However if your not good with stairs this is not the place for you. We had no issues at all. Great trip. Would go back.

I could see the lake from the window of my unit. They communicated via text and email which was easy and convenient. The unit was clean and comfortable. Each room had an assigned parking place.

Our room was awesome! Very clean and so cute! Lots of attention to detail! Great location, made it easy to get to fun restaurants and our concert. Staff was great!

Great stay. Room was clean and updated. Property is right by the water. Resort kept us very well updated on stay. Pool could have been cleaner but was warm and staywd open late.

The lake was beautiful and right there. The property is a little older than expected, so there are some updates needed. Overall our unit was exceptionally clean when arrived, minus a large amount of flies that we couldn’t seem to get rid of. The unit we stayed in was a little noisy since we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor made, but still enjoyable. Any staff we encountered were absolutely pleasant and helpful. We were there for a baseball tournament in the area, but we would love to come back to enjoy the resort for some relaxation.

The unit we stayed in was a lot nicer than the pictures I don’t feel the photos online did it justice so that was a nice surprise. Management was very prompt and friendly.

It was quiet and very close to the Lake. Very clean and it felt like I was at home. They have ice for sale, ice cream treats and dvd movies. Just need step by steps instructions how to maneuver all the remotes.

Great location on the lake. Also short distance to the amphitheater. The unit we stayed at was clean and quaint. Only complaint would be the firmness of the beds, but that is probably a personal preference.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay here and shuttle to the Ozark Amphitheater. Easy access to many local restaurants. Nice pool area and conveniences.

Gena, the owner, was wonderful! Very clean place with a good pool and items to rent for the lake. It is still early summer, so they were still upgrading the lake front, it should be even more beautiful real soon. Cute little store that met every need. If in the area, we will definitely return!

A beautiful place on the lake.

Great little cabin, 2 bedrooms so great for a family or 2 couples. Clean and utensils if your need to cook something. Walks are a little thin, you can hear the people in the next cabin talking in the morning, no big deal as I was already up, but might be an issue if they are loud or it's late at night. Definitely would stay here again

First time there and we WILL be back! Great communication before checkin. When we pulled in and went to our room we were impressed! Nice, clean, smelled great, kitchen, easy system to get in towels if you need it, docks, a pool, ping pong, DVDs, ice cream and I could still go on and on!

On the lake, beautiful view. Only 5 miles from the Ozark Ampitheater, great food and gas.

Nothing fantasy just nice clean units

This is my second stay at this place. Clean. Love being right next to the lake.

This resort is for the traveler who wants more room, the opportunity to cook for themselves. Grill and utensils available outside with picnic table and chairs. Roomy, bedrooms small but not a big deal since kitchen and living area is a nice size. We were in small two bedroom cabin. Our cabin requires one to do stairs. Cabin was immaculate. Supplies plentiful in kitchen and bathroom. Newer floors and ac. Ceiling fans in each room. Community room has clean towels, ice cream, drinks, and other items. Nice view of lake, faces west. Pool in summer. Great people run this resort.

everything was clean and in good repair. The property had a beautiful view of the channel and it was close to the things that I wanted to go do.

Lake Breeze was super clean and the customer service was great. If you’re looking for a good value stay right on the lake, I highly recommend!

Stay worked out well. Loved being near the water. Great view. Suggestion- signage for the property at night is poor.
