Lots of easy parking, close to town center and very helpful hotel staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I found out at check in that I had overlooked the fact there was no air conditioning and it was hot and stuffy. There was a fan which I used. Gent at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice.

We had not been informed after we booked that a wedding was being held there that weekend. As a non-wedding guest you would have thought the hotel would have put us in the farthest room away not directly over the disco. There was laughing, screaming and slamming doors till the early hours. The stair carpets are threadbear the room carpet is filthy. The wifi didnt work. Then to after a dreadful nights sleep in a lumpy bed, there was no hotwater and no one on reception to explain why. The only redeaming feature was the staff were helpful and polite and the breakfast was excellent.

We booked an executive room and were given a Small room with a double bed in it. The room had not been cleaned properly there were 2 bath robes on the back of the bathroom door both very old and grey looking. The windowsill on the stairs contained dead flies. A bad experience will not be going back The hotel in general was very tired looking. The stay was disappointing.

Very nice Hotel all rooms clean and well equipped with hair dryer trouser press and iron. The gentleman on reception was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent.

We are both over 70 years old, there was no offer of help with our luggage at check-in (or on departure) and were we shown the room. The room was not clean, the bathroom had neither window nor exhaust fan. Additionally, the toilet was so close to the wall that it was not possible to sit straight on the toilet, We had previously stayed at this hotel and were pleased, it has gone downhill.

Accomodation was excellent as usual. Breakfasts were lovely & could be just about whatever you wished from Just Toast, cereals to Full Breakfasts. Bar was opened as / when required Thank You.

Location was ideal for my destination.Only one thing the room through the night was very warm, to loud to open the window and the fan was noisy and just moved the warm air around. But thats all. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice.

My bedroom was clean and comfortable and I had a decent sized shower in the bathroom. The food was good quality but not pretentious. The staff were friendly and efficient.The only thing missing was a decent selection of gins in the bar. It was have been nice to have more than Gordons and Bombay Sapphire to choose from. If you like malt whisky theres plenty of choice.

My wife and i went there for a wedding reception and found the staff to be very helpful ,the breakfast was great the next morning aswell

Excellent Hotel just a 5 minute walk in the town centre. Very friendly staff and always helpful. Breakfast was superb and evening meal was excellent. Would recommend and if in the area again would not hesitate to book a room.

Just avg as with a lot of hotels beer is expensive
