This was an amazing heritage hotel in a great location to explore the historic old town.
The staff arranged an airport pick up at late notice and left a lovely bottle of red wine in the room to greet us.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Sheets dirty, wasn’t changed from previous guests; hair and crumbs all over both beds. We were given new sheets which we had to put on. There is no housekeeping or guest services; after 11pm no staff at all. Bathroom dirty. Really not a hotel but room for rent type of apartment bldg.

Rooms are actually on the third and fourth floor of a building used by two other hotels. Location for old town is perfect though.

Don’t travel by car, there is no where to park near the hotel and the hotel parking is 10 mins walk away underground in an incredibly tight garage.

Hotel is in the middle of old town split. Easy to walk everywhere so many restaurants options around and of course ice cream!
Staffs are nice and friendly. Hotel transfers pick up at airport is so comfortable and the van is big for 5 of us with suitcase i highly recommended use hotel transfer to or pick up airport.
Price is the same as uber but nicer car.

It is a lovely hotel however the photo of the front is not the way in just a parade of shops. The door is down the side alley to the right as you look at the photo opposite an ice cream shop. The sign above the door says "Piazza Heritage Hotel" which shares a floor of the building. Central Square Heritage Hotel is identified by a label on the entry buzzer! It would have been really helpful to be told this before arrival.

The property is well located but is not a first class property. Staffing is minimal. The shower is not easy to use. There is no doorman and the front door was difficult to open or close so it was simply propped open most of the time. Anyone could enter without questions.

This property is in a really good spot but needs updating . We were not impressed when the hotel arranged a transfer to the airport and car didn’t turn up!! We had get our money and get an expensive taxi . We were lucky the airport was quiet and we made our flight- not impressed

This hotel was an historic property near the central plaza. However it was EXTREMELY inconvenient for a family of six with luggage. Parking was difficult and unloading our luggage brought the wrath of the Polizia.
On the other hand, the staff was lovely and so kind to our children.
My mother would be appalled at the dust under the bed!
