A comfortable hotel in a central location of Porto

Clean hotel but room have very bad distribution. There are no closets. Clothes are hanginf beside your bed. The shower is separated from the sink. The lack of drawers and closets is really a problem. Unnaceptable for a hotel of this price

Porto Royal Bridges Hotel is a fantastic hotel, right in the vibrant heart of Porto. Major attractions like the Cathedral or the Clerigos Tower are just a few foot steps away. In five minutes, you are at the Douro River. The Atlantic coast with its beaches is 6 km away - a distance I easily walked on every single day of my stay in Porto. If you don’t like to walk, take the historic tram or a cab. The hotel is modern style and very comfortable. Staff has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming - from my check-in on the first day to allowing me a late check-out on the last day. Breakfast in the morning is tasty. Should I come to Porto again, I will definitely stay in this hotel!

The cleaning staff was nice, the location is great but the reception staff was not very friendly. I like the location but I wouldn't stay there again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to tourist attractions.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. Room was clean and the staff very friendly. My issues where the room size. The have a close rack and no other place to put your close. Room is so small that the shower in a different area than toilet and sink. The beds weren't the best either. Not comfortable and way to small.

Loved hotel - hated parking

Overall stay was good. Location is excellent. First day we came in we were greeted by super helpful, warm welcome, by person at reception. The hotel is clean, no complaints. The only thing that bothered us was fact that my spouse went to ask for another coffee capsule for Nespresso and girl at reception, said she would note it down. She mentioned we were only allowed 4 per stay. This is fine, but when we told her we only recieved 3 , she said she would make a note if it. We never heard from anyone again. Don’t think one extra capsule would have been the end of the world!!!

It's a beautiful hotel with great service and location. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the heart of the city walking distance to restaurants and bars. You have to call down to the front desk to use the A/C in your room.

Nice and helpful staff. Excellent location where you can explore the city.

The good..hotel is very nice and clean. Room is spacious and the shower was awesome. The not so good..bed was very hard and the room was very warm. If you find the room is too warm speak with the front desk and they will adjust the temperature..with that said expect the room to be cold. The air freshener in the lobby was over powering. I would definitely stay again.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations, very central, clean, the attention at the reception was very, very good, the room was very large, modern, close to everything, I would recommend it to anyone and I would return to this Hotel. Great place to stay right in the heart of the city. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet.

The hotel overall was very clean and well appointed. The room was modern and stylish, with a nice large shower. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms were very hot and there was no way to turn on air conditioning or open a window. Staff acknowledged that they were “working on it” to multiple other guests we heard inquiring about it. Lots of construction taking place outside. Also, breakfast foods were not frequently replenished, so get there early if you’re really hungry!
