This property was the worse I’ve ever been in , there’s trash all on the walk ways then it was roaches along the steps .The room gave no sense of cleanliness the peep whole was stuffed with tissue , the floor was slick as if it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.The walls had stains on them along with mold on the ceiling. The shower had mold an grime all over ,the shower head sprayed everywhere. I was very dissatisfied with the room.

Roach was on table when I walked in. No soap or shampoo. No outlet covers . Police was there. Door lock broken smelled of cigarette.pool not open as pictured.i couldn’t get refund so i paid and then left

There was black mold behind the door on the wall, there was blood on the wall next to the bathroom, and fallen paints chips all over the floor.

Bed was comfortable. Everything else was shabby. But it was cheap, so I saved money, slept well, and moved on.

It was a dirty placenot very good in the descriptions that had online would never stay there again.

there is an infestation of cockroaches in every room

The staff were hands down some of the friendliest and most genuine people to conduct business with of any place I have ever stayed. The staff were amazing, but the room could have been better with a little more effort. Unfortunately, the king-sized bed looked lonely in this rather large room with a fridge, microwave, table, 1 chair, TV, 1 small dresser, and 2 nightstands with drawers that appeared clean at first glance, but upon further investigation, I discovered that the cleaning crew could use some serious lessons in deep cleaning where it really counts, especially the bathroom and sink areas. The towels were thin and not very absorbent. The shower and toilet were not cleaned well at all. I actually bought bathroom cleaner and disinfected the shower before using it. Also, the floor needed the use of a clean mop and clean soapy water. Surprisingly, the dorm-style refrigerator w/freezer was immaculate and a decent size. The microwave was small, but very clean as well. The bedding was also clean, but the pillows were small atop an uncomfortable and lumpy king mattress. Although there were a few cleanliness hiccups, it was overall a budget-friendly and pleasantly quiet night's stay at a hotel located right next to the main expressway that runs through Evansville.

TV was not working and the room did not meet my expectations.

Un-maintained, uncleaned, and very run down. If the floors, mirror and countertops had been cleaned, if the bugs had been exterminated, and if the maintenance crew cared about their 'repairs,' this could have been a moderately good review - but it wasn't.

There was nothing i liked about this property. The room was roach infested. Mold everywhere in the room. The vent in bathroom had water running down the wall and our sleep clothes were wet. Had to buy new ones. Kept everything in the refrigerator to keep roaches out. Drug deals going down. Did not feel safe walking my dogs and when i did had to walk to the business next to hotel cause no one picks up there dogs poop. I got really sick and im sure it was from the mold. I have picture and if i could i would post them. If we could of gotten another hotel and got our money back trust we would of left. Dont even give this place a 2nd look. Its disgusting and nasty.

The pictures advertised do not reflect the current state of the facility. The property is very ran done, the front desk staff not helpful with directions for local restaurants and such. I was also required to pay a $50 deposit after checking in on top of my room fee. Was told after heck out the deposit would be restored to my credit card within 24 to 48 hours. There was no mention of this in the description listed nor on the facilities website. I was not planning on having a extra $50 dollar hold in my card. It does not sound like much to some people but the inconvenience of checking to make sure it is returned to my account is very aggravating. I would NOT recommend this hotel and expedia should consider removing it from their list. I book my travels through expedia and trust that the hotels on their list are reputable. Unfortunately l learned otherwise today.

They should really remodel their rooms . Our dresser was missing a lot of drawers & our fridge was stained and dirty.

Absolutely disgusting. I woke up with BITES! Poop stains on the toilet, shower didnt drain, strong cigarette smell, paint pealing off the walls. Literal dirt & crumb in the bed. DONT STAY HERE better off sleeping in your car!

I saw many trash bags in front of units, the stairs weren’t clean, in my unit didn’t have soap and the floor was too dirty.

So many reasons why but in short...It's not clean the sheets and pillowcases smelled like they hadn't been washed. Roaches everywhere. The phone in the room rang every night about 2 a.m. nobody would say anything when I answered. A bunch of shady ppl living there. Just not the place to stay.

It was nasty. Had roaches in the rooms and in the fridge. Was not clean inside or out. We left and went somewhere else.

The staff was amazing. Thats all that was great. (We were tempted to cut our loss but with a trailer hailing things 2 dogs, a toddler and being on the road for 9+ hours we couldnt find another hotel..) now idk if it was just our room or all of them but... The hotel room itself was horrible. With cracked tiles paint chips everywhere mold on the ceilings, floor was so dirty it left my toddlers feet black like hed been playing in a coal mine. The tub plug didnt work so i could give my child a proper bath. Every light was a motion light so every movement we made it would come on. So sleep wasnt an option most the night. Some of the outlets didnt work so we could only charge one phone and the tablet for the car ride. The outdoors did not look like the pictures. Unless youre desperate.. i do not recommend.

Dark scene hotel. Not maintained at all.

no hand soap, no dish soap, empty shampoo and conditioner containers, dirty and sticky fridge, spiders on floor, stained shower curtain, holes in bathroom door (looks like it was kicked in) and unsafe as it backs up to a strip club and the stairwells to go to the upstairs suites aren’t well lit and had cockroaches running across the concrete… Wished I never bought… left after an hour bc room was too unclean to shower in.

Nothing like the photos on the website; hotel was trashed, things broken and it was honestly like staying at abandoned warehouse. Absolutely disgusting: I've been to multiple hotels and this one is the WORST one. Never again. 100/10 avoid.

Beaware they find a reason to keep ur deposit. Deug user's walk around like the living dead. The paint was peeling from the walls, the floors dirty. The front desk lady was nice when we checked in. But when we checked out she was rude and very disrespectful she made me want to loose my relegion. She left us standing at the front desk to go check our room out. She can and there talking about know deposit i found a cigarette ash by ur bed. Knowing she was lieing. I told that woman if u got to lie to keep a 60.00 dollar deposit go right ahead. U will never have any luck.

The mattress is old and terrible unfirm.

Rooms needs to be cleaned there is absolutely no way our room was properly cleaned before moving in have pictures if yall need them...

It was NOTHING like whats listed on the site! Room was dirty, parking lot was horrible! There were people hanging out smoking weed, drinking & cussing on each floor! We ended up leaving because the noise was so loud & was not compensated for not being able to stay! Wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy!!!
