We didn't have a mini fridge in our room but upon request they ran one right up to us in short order.

Immediately upon arrival we were perplexed as to where registration was. Our GPS routed us in from the back of the property and it wasn't clear where to enter. I took a walk through the casino in search of reception. The main entrance is from a corner of the building facing Main Street and easy to miss because we were making the turn into the property and looking for a place to park/unload and that wasn't clear AT ALL!. There is no real place to park close to the front door. Eventually we made it inside and were pleased to find out that there was no charge for parking in the garage above the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the access from the garage to the front desk/guest elevator requires a long walk around the perimeter of the casino. Our room was a basic room overlooking main Street and a couple of vacant buildings. The room was spacious , the bed was comfortable and the sitting area was adequate. The bath room was very nice and we really liked the layout. The shower was fabulous!! We thought it was clever that the closet and bathroom shared a sliding barn door! Our only complaints are that there is very little storage space for clothing and the lighting in the room was poor. My wife used two tiny drawers beneath the safe in the closet and I used the drawer in the bed side table. Overall it is a very nice hotel located with easy access to surrounding areas, and clever decor. Close proximity to Red Rose Pizzeria! TAP is large/inviting with good food. Casino is large and clean.

Stay was good. Casino food court restaurants close at 11 which is to early. Also, rooms do not have refrigerators for left over food. Otherwise great hotel.

Everything was super clean and staff was super friendly. The only thing that wasn’t good was trying to figure out where to park and enter from outside when first checking in. Thank goodness we ran into people not associated with the hotel that were helpful. Better signage and a real drop off area would be most helpful. If I hadn’t prepaid I probably would’ve said the heck with this and gone elsewhere. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our room had kind of an upscale, old fashion study or library feel. The room was very quiet but they did have a noise machine to use as well which was a nive touch. It was also very easy to get to the hotel check-in from the parking garage. I enjoyed my stay.

The noise of the casino. The lack of a reasonable breakfast room. The inability to find the hotel entrance when approaching by car. Would not stay there agsin.

This is my 4th time visiting Springfield from Los Angeles, CA. The outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, waterfall, rivers, lakes, and so much more keeps me coming back to refresh my spirits.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were very helpful. We flew in from California in a redeye flight, and they made sure we got a room cleaned early for us to sleep once we arrived.

Aside from the great games and dining options the pool was a big hit. The area outside the property had a lot of great options.
I do wish the pool area had a stand for drinks and food. Lots of other resorts do but on a whole I recommend and will stay again.

Beautiful room and facility. It is a Casino by very nice place to stay. I found on expdia for one night, I had no idea a Casino, and loved my room and stay. During the week after 5 pm or so there is not much open for dining outside of the MGM. During the day there are may options, so if at night be sure to buy any snacks, food, etc. Great place. P.S. I enjoyed Springfield.

We had a great time with our kids at the Springfield Museums and NBA Hall of Fame. We also enjoyed the hotel amenities of the outdoor pool! However, the casino aspect, clientele, and location of the property did make the trip less kid friendly.

The problem was very poor service at check-in. Attempted to check in at 3:15 pm only to be told the room wasn't ready. Was told we would get a text when the room was ready. Text came at 5:10 pm. We had to go back to the front desk to ask about it. Staff didn't offer any compensation for the delay. When I ask about credit for the stay on their rewards program I was told not eligible because I used Expedia to book the room, very petty on top of the delay.

Our stay was great. The casino, and room were good. The only complaints we had with the place was how thin the walls were. The two nights we stayed we had problems in the room next to us being incredibly loud. The last night we stayed. The family was yelling and screaming outside our room and left very early in the morning while we were sleeping. For the next two hours the dog they left in their hotel room was barking and yapping for two hours straight keeping us awake. We thought it was very rude for the family to be disruptive at 6 in the morning. Also I didn’t dogs were allowed on the property. Overall the stay was not bad we had a fun time. But sleeping, was the hardest part of this trip, when sleeping is the main reason for a hotel.

Love the room! The high ceilings! The classy look! Beds were cozy. Room very clean! Bathrooms was gorgeous. I guess my only complaint would be that there wasn’t a fridge but I don’t think that’s worth mentioning.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. So much to see and do. Endless activities, dining choices and even a beautiful regal movie theater with recliner comfy chairs! Loved it and will be going back soon!
