The room was tired and although it was supposed to be self checked in i couldn’t do it as it was only until 10pm..

I am not really satisfied with the service I received. The hotel doesn't change on a daily basis your bedsheets and they only clean your room every fourth day just when I booked only for 3 nights!!! Airconditioning was not blowing fully cold air and didn't make any difference in terms of the room temperature as during my stay was very hot outside between 24th of June and 27th of June. On my second day, the alarm went off in the building and the hotel failed to notify us what was going on so expect absolutely a lack of communication from them. Also, the hotel doesn't have normal TV channels available if you want to watch Dutch channels or international channels like CNN, BBC News or Discovery channel but instead you're expected to use Youtube or Netflix as the alternative. There is no reception available downstairs as you will need to use self-service when checking in and my experience was not that great at all because the system simply couldn't find me in the beginning, so you will have to call someone from the hotel who will come down to sort this out which in effect only adds more unnecessary waiting time. So if I have to give a rating I rate this hotel a solid 2 stars and would I come back again to this hotel? I highly doubt it!

Clean, comfortable and good enough value by the side of a pretty canal in an industrial estate. Self service check in. No staff at a reception although there is a number you can call for assistance. Accomodation includes a little kitchen with a fridge and also a tv although we could not get the tv to work despite numerous attempts. Location - 40 minutes walk to the old town though there is a bus lane 10 minutes walk away. When we stayed the resteraunt was being renovated and disappointingly there were no nearby shops or cafes. Make sure you bring something to eat and drink to save walking back in the direction you just travelled.

Couldn’t fault this place - we had the luxury studio - everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom, easy to find, good parking.

Despite saying staff were around they were not. The ground floor restaurant is separate. They will not help. We assumed we could use the restaurant as guests. Rhe hotel dalls between 2 stolls. Some of the faciluties forca hotel are not there but equallythe apartment approach meabs guests are left to get on with it.

This was a great one night stopover, particularly handy if you have a vehicle but still want the flexibility of being able to walk into town in a short time, 40mins in fact. Bed very comfortable, amenities were excellent, you were completely left to your own devices.

A very nice and quiet location only a breakfast opportunity is missing at this hotel. A vending machine in the lobby with an Apple Pay solution could work but didn’t on my IPhone at least. But got a very nice room upgrade. Super friendly and skilled staff.

Staff were really friendly. The first we were given had a dirty toilet. We informed the hotel reception and they immediately agreed and placed us in a different room that was much better.

The stay was great. No problems with the room, it was clean, quiet and quite spacious due to having a kitchen, which was really useful if you want to do your own catering, with fridge, stove, etc. Be careful if you do self-cater as you will need to walk about 1km+ to get to supermarkets so time it well before they close or bring food in already bought. Big sofa and TV. The bed was big and comfy. The only potential issue is that the duvet is quite thick (winter style) and I was there during 38/39C heat. So you end up trying to create a balance between the aircon (colder=louder) and the thick duvet. Probably great in winter. The only complaint was that previous visitors had left both YoutTube and Netflix logged in with Spanish and Polish. It took quite a while to log out of Netflix, and even worse I could not log out of YouTube when everything is in Polish. Would be really useful if the this was automated to log out on check out and reset to English or Dutch by default. Checkin and checkout was really easy. Its totally automated - so get used to it if you're one to complain about no reception. In NL this is becoming quite common. I would probably get annoyed if I had to end up queueing behind lost of people who are struggling with this concept - but I didn't have to wait for anyone on checkin/out. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay again.

Very dirty room and bathroom. Hairs everywhere, feces on the toilet, dirty spots everywhere accords the room, still food on cutlery, cups and glasses. Immediately after check in I called someone from the hotel. Offered to clean specific items in the room, but gave the impression that he didn’t think it necessary (or wanted to). All the rooms were booked, and there was no one from housekeeping. Cleaning the entire room was not an option according to the staff member. Stalled the discussion long enough until I sent him out.

There’s no reception, you have to check yourself in. Otherwise it’s a clean and spacious hotel. I’d recommend it.

Very clean hotel, we stayed in a studio room which was lovely on the 4th floor, had a small kitchen area with a table and a big comfy bed.
Couldn't get the TV on normal channels but it did not matter as the TV has Netflix and YouTube.
The only thing that let this hotel down is that you aren't allowed to bring drinks from the bar up to your room, which is absolute rubbish.
The nearest shop is about a 10 minute walk away

Hotel was quite new for my stay and had some growing Pai s such as the restaurant had very limited hours. Only dinners were Friday and Saturday nights. This was not listed in hotel information when I booked. There are also limited restaurants in the immediate area as it's partly industry and partly residential. The staff offered excellent service and this offset any issues quite easily. There was no cable television, but the TV's were YouTube & Netflix ready. For my extended stay of 2 weeks it was nice to come home to as my room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping is only every 3 or 4 days, so be aware of that.

Everything was new and it all felt very luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived late (close to midnight) and the staff went out of their way to get me in and settled. Lovely little cafe for breakfast. Only con was that it felt a bit out of the way, but, on the other hand, it was very peaceful (slept with the window open and not a peep) and is an easy walk into town.

Nice place as appartament high status just was open for 2 weeks and the comun areas wasnt ready yet.Really a very convenient place if you have some bussiness in that industrial area.
