Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! Everything you could possibly need was here: breakfast on site, lunch at the cafe on the property, dinner selection from downstairs or the rooftop restaurant, and drinks either at the private speakeasy style pub downstairs or upstairs overlooking the local city from high above at the Rooftop Bar! The pool was beautiful infinity style, and for parents, they can watch their kids playing in the pool while working out in the gym because it overlooks the pool and lounge chairs. There is also massage on-site either in their salon or in-room (you just need to book in advance). It's a really great venue for a wedding. There was one going on during our stay and I thought it looked lovely! Oh, there was a Zen Garden to relax in too. Honestly, such a hidden gem tucked far enough away from the main street, you wouldn't even know it's there!
Everything we ate and drank was 10 out of 10! Delicious, flavorful, and the staff were all great too.
Now for the room: we had the highest floor executive room with the walkout balcony. Although we didn't use either, there were two bathtubs: one inside and one outside too! 😅 There was a dining table inside and outside, two couches, two TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King Bed and Desk. The place offered more than enough space for my husband and I who work on our laptops while traveling.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning could absolutely be better and pool water was cold.. I think the five star rating should be four stars instead. The rooftop view was spectacular.

The property is lovely. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The property itself is a little away from the old city, about a 10 minute drive. Roof restaurant is gorgeous.

Beautiful place,great staff and very clean.It is about 10 minutes outside downtown and there is some street noise and nightly music from a bar across the street.The pool and food choices are great.I would stay there again when visiting Chiang Mai.

Excellent hotel near Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. Room was spacious.
Spread for breakfast was sufficient. There were some insects flying around outdoors, but the staff offered insect repellent.

Amazing property and service! My room was always kept clean. I appreciate the little touches like the treats and a note card with the day’s forecasted temperatures. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selections, all of which are very good! Best of all, the staff are always courteous, friendly, and helpful!

The decor of the only restaurant is nice but the service staffs customer service experience is terrible. The caramello cafe atmosphere and decor is really nice. Service staffs at caramello are better train

Parc Borough is a wonderful boutique hotel with great rooms and service in an extremely convenient location. Minor communication issues with transportation arrangements but nothing to stress about. All in all 3 great days in Chiang Mai.

Cleanliness,space, and price are very important to our visit as well as nearly new furniture, modern bathroom fixtures. The resort does make me feel comfortable with the beautiful landscape, friendliness service, professional and sincere business manners. The overall, the presidential suite at Parc Borough City Resort has exceeded my expectations. I will return to Parc Borough City Resort for my next visit with my my family.

Rarely do I ever submit reviews but I am compelled to say that this is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at. For what we paid (avg $85 a night), the value we got from this hotel is tremendous. PROS:- Amazing service, the people at the front desk helped researched excursions for us, gave is tips on finding the best deals, and always greeted us whenever coming back to the hotel- FREE transportation from/to the airport (which is conveniently close as well)- FREE snacks and drinks - I always look forward to coming back to an even cleaner room, and they dont skimp on giving out extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash- An entire suite--living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, with very modern and chic decor- Very, very comfortable shower/bath- Small details like how the TV already has an HDMI cable connected, four large towels are provided every day (versus just two), the towels are within reaching distance to shower/bathtub, they provide treats and a weather report every day, they actually provide some amount of clothes hangers in the closet, they give four fluffy pillows, they put a vase with fresh flowers on the dining table for us, there are two TVs. The vibe of the hotel is just great- The welcome drink was delicious, and umbrellas are provided in the lobby and roomsCONS:- The gym and pool are quite small, and breakfast is not included- We found small bugs that looked like tiny fruit flies lying dead on the head of our bed and the desk.
