One day stay for teachers convention. All was delightful.

Very clean

On 11/20/24 i reserved a room at the Hardrock Hotel in Atlantic City. I reserved a King Bed (Non-Smoking) “Premium” in the North Tower. Upon arrival, I was told they only had smoking rooms. The receptionist although nice asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I asked the receptionist how this would help my situation and she told me it wouldn’t. It was more of a tactic to deflect conversation regarding this. Rather than argue or get mad, I proceeded to move forward. Upon entry into the room the smoke smell was just overbearing. The tv didn’t work and the toilet and shower area were not cleaned great. This all was beyond frustrating. I kept waking up from the reaction to the smoke smell and so bad that I had to leave the room super early because of feeling sick and congested. Just an overall disappointing experience to say the least. Extremely frustrating.

It was great. The room was comfortable and nice view of the ocean side. The staff is friendly and service is good. Would come back here again

Clean hotel room

Just great! Couldn’t have been better. The buffet was amazing!

The room was clean. We had a maintenance issue, which was resolved immediately. It was a great place to stay. We loved it.

My overall experience was relaxing! The parking directions were A little bit confusing. Hotel needs some repairs! Some cracks in the floors that were very noticeable and could become A problem! Our room was A smoking room like we requested, however it definitely smelled and the carpet had burnt holes. Mirrors were dirty and windows also my husband found empty soda bottle and trash on his side of the bed behind the nightstand. The bathroom vanity light was broken showing the inside of the fixture. The establishment should definitely look into house keeping and do some major maintenance work.

Great room great stay great staff

I’ve been coming to Atlantic City for 30 plus years , I love Hardrock tremendously for the level of service. The only problem I seen this visit was checkin , Manny the clerk that checked me in was really dry , I even told him I was celebrating my birthday on 11/4. I’m so use to the checkin person always being very outgoing and helpful, MANNY was really dry just unhappy throughout my checkin process, I even said thank you and he didn’t even say your welcome, I ask for a ocean view if he had it , he went on with every excuse in the book , Manny could use a little customer service skills because this level of service is out of character for Hardrock…..

Enjoyed hotel and casino

It was fine. We had to call for WiFi and nobody we spoke to was on the property and couldn’t help us.

Everything was excellent!!!

Our stay was nice. The only thing we didnt enjoy was walking long distances to the room, to the casino, to the boardwalk. Everywhere we wanted to go in the hotel/casino was a long walk.

My wife and I wanted to have a quick get away to relax and recharge before the busy holiday months kick in. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Security was great not only for safety but also in helping navigate the hotel/casino. Our only complaint would be the lack of entertainment outside of gambling. We realize most events are saved for the weekends but not all travelers are able to get away on the weekends so having some options during the week would be great.

The room was not as advertised on the website. Do not pay extra for the same amount of space and amenities as more expensive room. Bathroom sink smelled like sewer Had a bathtub shower instead of standing shower as shown in pictures. The covering on the bathtub kept coming up and making a clicking sound until noticed the covering was not fully placed in the tub. Cleaning lady bangs at 8am when in other places they come around 11am or noon. People are still asleep at that house. Also noticed they didn't changed the pillow sheets all they did was flip it around Buffet service in the hotel at Harvest Buffet is terrible. Will never recommend to eat there. Food is not hot coming out but the hostess had terrible manners and energy which probably turned the mood off for the rest of the experience

Overall The room was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom great and was very spacious and the shower top notch. My only issue with the room was the air conditioner was not very good but overall the room was like I said great. The seafood Buffet was amazing I would recommend to go on Thursday. Stay away from the sugar factory it’s all pomp and circumstance service was horrible. The food tour was amazing other than prices being a little high food was good . Casino was also good well that’s just I came out a winner lol but overall I loved my stay will come back

Very satisfied with our accommodations.

Disappointed in the buffet… there were 2 options listed in the website but only the more expensive (with seafood +$20) was available… I am allergic to all seafood but there was no accommodation for me. We voiced our displeasure and ate in the food court.

Great stay but didn’t like the fact they allow smoking in some of the rooms as well as the casino.

OK Hotel..... kinda like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Nothing like a Vegas hotel but prices were like Vegas... Little things (dust on props, outdated carpets) There are weird people here, there are glitzy people in Vegas.

Amazing

The view of the ocean from our room was amazing. The hotel was clean and well appointed. As with all big casino hotels. It’s pretty spread out and takes a while to get from room to restaurants, bars etc. I’d definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful stay! Just wish the room service housekeeping he didn’t make the bed up good at all too lumpy!!!

We stayed one night in the North Tower with an ocean view room. The room was fantastic! Bed was super comfortable, not sagging in the middle like most places. The only challenge is they use such strong smelling cleaners (or they're pumping perfume) in the hotel that my partner had aggravated allergies. I would not recommend this to anyone with scent sensitivities.

Lication was excellent right by the boardwalk

This is a phenomenal hotel. The whole facility was beyond our expectations!! We were very pleased with our accommodations.
