Bailey was very helpful at the front desk and super attentive. Room was very clear and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay!

There is something’s that could be fixed the usb port did not work the bathroom shower wall was trying to fall off, the toilet was flowing all the time

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.

The overall experience was great, breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The only issue we had that was quickly taken care of was their was a dirty sock in the linen for the pullout sofa. Everything else was in good shape and the A/C was nice and cold.

Business trip quick to get to and from work project.

Great for the price!

The staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful, the floors were dirty, stains were visible and felt dirty on my feet. Pillows were very uncomfortable, shower was very slippery, I slipped and almost fell several times. Overall was okay, I probably wouldn’t stay here again especially for the price! I paid almost $900 dollars for 2 nights to get a very basic and dirty room! Was close to University drive so was easy to get to places that we needed to go.

Jaime at the front desk was amazing taking care of the issue, she really was the saving grace here. The hotel is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning top to bottom. The carpets are stained and sticky the sheets had stains. There are no thresholds at the doors so the hall light comes in all night.

Staff was super nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Worth the price.

We reached there around 9pm and when we went to the room , the sheets were all damp and water was dripping from the ceiling , the room had a musty odor and the bathroom had mold in the wall ! At checkout we did mention to the lady in front . Will never stay there again! Management should already know the condition of the room before they give the room to customers .

The rooms were nice, and the property was quiet. We enjoyed the variety of the breakfast.

I thought the facility offered an adequate number of accommodations that made our weekly stay for the JR Olympics very manageable ie. laundry service, complimentary breakfast and 24 hr coffee. The staff, more specifically, Baily and the Maintenance were extremely hospitability making sure all of our needs were met and we were more than comfortable during our stay. I would give them both 5 stars on an individual basis. Bailey especially, from the moment we signed in she was thorough, precise, and overly accommodating, very warm and comforting. To be honest it was the most welcoming hospitality we had received during our time in college station.

Inconsistent charges and fees but overall a decent stay

I was greeted soon as I walked through the door. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean. And the hotel is close to everything you need weather it be shopping or dining. I would book again.

We stayed for four nights in July for the USATF championships. There are several good things about this hotel… First off, it’s located right in college station, but not right on the main road, so everything is within a 1-2 mile drive, but you aren’t on a busy street. Breakfast was solid with nice choices like waffles, sandwiches, and coffee 24/7. When we couldn’t get our TV to work staff came up quickly and helped us out and were very nice. The main reason I gave this hotel three stars was the dismal state of the pool. Over the course of the days we were there, the pool suffered a huge algae bloom and turned bright green. There was visible algae along the sides of the pool and you could no longer see your feet on entering. It was clear from the odor that it was significantly under chlorinated. When I raised my concerns to the front desk about this being a possible health issue, they said it was just from the rain. I wouldn’t let my kids swim in it by the third day, and they were super disappointed. The stairwells were also quite dirty and needed to be cleaned vacuumed, but that didn’t happen in the days we were there either.

The property was clean and quiet. Housekeeping refreshed the rooms daily without me having to make a request. All of the staff was courteous and friendly.

The hotel staff programmed the wrong room number into our key. After this was resolved we found our room to have mildew on the ceiling. There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans, but the cleaning staff was kind enough to leave four used qtips from the last guess in the bathroom trash can. The breakfast was extremely sparse with little options for my wife and i as we are vegetarians. The waffle was not good. There were also dead roaches and crickets in the hallway and stairwell.

Room was fine, bed comfortable, staff amazing and tentative, and hotel was clean. Very disappointed in what is served as breakfast included. Please start advertising continental breakfast included. We were in town for a sporting event and the kids needed breakfast ! We saw biscuits frozen from Walmart being dropped off to be microwaved.

Discrimination is real. They do not accomidate service animals as advertised.
