Very good central hotel, can absolutly recomend it!

Good location

My room had a small window which looked out onto air conditioners with pigeons nesting on it, not ideal. The breakfast is just OK. I would not stay here again.

I like the roof top , clear view of the city , but the swimming pool is not heated

I don’t know about the rooms but we booked the suite. 👍 the suite is spacious; nicely split into 2 sections which is optimal if one of the two is working remotely. 👍 the view of the Han River from one section and that of Dragon Bridge on from the other section. 👍 centrally located with no lack of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Everything is in walking distance. Me Khe beach and downtown near airport is 3km 🚶 👍 Good breakfast though not elaborate. 👍 the staff is very attentive. 👍 the Sen Spa only 50m away is simply fabulous…the best foot reflexology I’ve ever had. 👎 the biggest put-off - the daily house cleaning is atrocious. They’re done in 5-7 min flat. The cups are not replaced if they’re not in their exact spot. If it’s on the coffee table, it stays there, dirty. The bathrooms are not cleaned everyday unless personally supervised. The hotel really needs to retrain the cleaning ladies. 👎 the hotel site shows the River view but it is partial. Mom It is blocked in the centre by another building in front. 👎 the roof top bar is just pathetic! 👎 the taxi arranged by the hotel is always more expensive. Book grab yourself. 👎 perhaps understandable why the hotel doesn’t offer free cancellation policy.

No USB charging, no bathtub, the swimming pool is small and has limited time, but the scenery is good

We came here with the whole family and kids. The kids had a blast and we found the rooms are all very clean.

Staff was polite, friendly and professional. Check-in was quick. Location was nice with multiple restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Dragon bridge, Han market, and night market also within walking distance. The shower is terrible. The shower water hits the corner and water is constantly spilling over. It makes the bathroom floor wet and potentially a safety hazard. Another issue is the bed size. I booked for a family of 4. One of the beds could barely hold two people. My son actually fell in middle of night. Also the light at the door is on a motion sensor, so it keeps flickering on and off. It’s really annoying. It’s an overall good stay, but some annoyances.

The service was great. Hotel Manager takes a lot of pride in his work, him and his staff provide exceptional service, are very kind, provide their personal whatsapp number to reach in case of any issues. I had issues purchasing Bana Hills tickets online so they assisted and also arranged the car transfer for our day trip to Bana Hills the next day. It says 3 stars on google reviews but I would say after staying here that it is a 4 star hotel. Clean room, buffet was good, service was great.

Good hotel, great location, pool could be cleaner but had a very nice view of the river and the dragon bridge. Room was good, nice shower. Very small gym, air con didn't work unfortunately (but I also didn't ask, they might have been able to fix it). The staff was amazing. Phung in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and helped us plan our stay and ongoing trip.

Amazing location only a block away from thr Han river and in between the Dragon and Han bridges. Staff were amazing and friendly and always willing to assist or help out. Hotel is very nice and clean and infinity pool is must see.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. As soon as I checked in they asked straight away if I was going to Hoi An or Ba NA Hills and even offered to book a tour with both. I was quite tired so later on I booked a day at Ba Na Hills and the hotel arranged all the tickets and transport. The stay itself was lovely, the room was convenient and the pool on the rooftop gave an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge, just like in the image. The only issue I had where the light switches as trying to switch all of them off before bed is like a small puzzle.

At the price point we paid (AUD180/night), you would expect a little more in terms of how the room is presented. Its not poor by any means but just rather dated and basic for the dollars paid. Location is great through, as were the pool facilities. Breakfast is exceptionally poor and something to forget - the taste, the spread and the choices offered. Its based on a set, with 3 options offered; not a buffer by any means.

We stayed for one night in Danang to see the Dragon bridge breathing fire. This only happens on Sat. And Sun. The hotel was very kind and moved us to a higher floor with a great bridge view when I told them it was the reason for our visit. The rooftop infinity pool is amazing with incredible views in almost every direction from the 15th floor including the dragon bridge. We chose to take the 45 min. river cruise at 7pm to see the city and 3 bridges in lights then headed By a short taxi ride to the viewing area on the river for drinks and dinner. At 9pm the restaurant held our table so we could run across the street and watch first the flames and then the water and steam. Those standing closest on the bridge got wet! All in all a great visit and the hotel location was excellent.
