Very nice people. Rooms were ok. Some mold in shower. We had a room with connecting door . Zero privacy. We were basically in the next door neighbors room because Could literally hear EVERYTHING they said and did. Very awkward and horrible at night. I did address with desk person and they stated they have tried to fix problem.
For the price we paid, privacy and peaceful rest were not an option.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. My only small complaint was the mattress was way firmer than I was used to but I know you can’t please everyone there. We were very close to everything we wanted to see.

Hotel was good, in a good location for exploring the area. Good breakfast. Was clean. Noticed a slight "pet smell" upon arrival, but it wasn't too bad and seemed to dissipate after the first evening. Overall would stay here again.

There's a lot I liked about the place. Clean and comfy bed, friendly staff, breakfast buffet with lots of options (not so many gluten-free/dairy-free options but I still appreciated what they had)- and the fitness center was nice to have, too, 24/7. And lots of good TV stations.
I took off a star because there was a weird smell throughout the building. Seems like they're aware of it because in some parts, there was a cherry smell they seemed to be using to mask it. Was it mildew? Not sure. Just feel like the air filters and carpeting could use some updating.
Apart from that, it was a great place for me for the weekend while in the area visiting family.

The lady who checked me in was the fastest person to ever check me in. She was great. The full breakfast was very tasty and varied day to day.

facility was clean and comfortable . ALL of the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. They made this place EXCEPTIONAL! And the fire pits are very enjoyable on a cool evening.

Location was good. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was beyond friendly. I appreciate that. They allowed my dog for a small fee which was great. Favorite thing ....breakfast. They even offered a small free dinner on Wednesday in the breakfast area. It was spaghetti or chicken Alfredo with garlic bread and salad. Least favorite...how small the pool was. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and offered assistance with planning hikes and activities in and around hocking hills. Pool was visibly dirty, looks as if there was as dirt in the bottom. Room smelled musty as if the carpet had been wet and never dried.

We spent two nights at this property. It is outstanding. Very very clean. We thought the property was much more newly built as all public areas and our room were exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Three good restaurants within a short walking distance. The beds were perfect in terms of firmness and lots of TV channels. Nice walk-in shower. We would stay here again with no hesitation. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was only about 20 minutes from hocking hills state park. It was short walk through the parking lot to several restaurants. Hot breakfast was tasty. The free charging station for our hybrid was an added bonus. Staff was very friendly and rooms and facility very clean. Relaxed at night around the fire pits. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late at night. The staff person at the desk was very helpful giving us information on hockey hills State Park as well as what was still happening in the hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and a nice variety. Check out was at 12 noon so that was, nice. Enjoyed our stay at sleep in.

The best part of the experience was the staff was very knowledgeable of the sites and helped me plan what times to go to where to avoid the crowds. It was amazing, I was able to see all the sites worth seeing in 93 degree weather, higher with humidity. If he wouldnt have helped me navigate the times and where to start each site i would have never been able to make it to the sites with the heat and the one day only time frame. I recommend anyone who comes for the views.

Room & bathroom were very clean & comfortable. Our room was above the lobby & it was quite noisy until about midnight. The breakfast was absolutely delicious & I was surprised by all of the options! All in all above average stay!

The bed and linens were awesome. I didn’t want to get out of bed. I would suggest a hand held shower head since this was a “handicap accessible” room.
