The hotel is very new. They even have a kitchen inside with a stove, refrigerator, oven, dining table, and microwave, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Fire pit was also a nice touch breakfast was delicious.

I wish I would’ve have taken a picture of the flooring repair job in room 327, it was awful, the ‘patch’ job was ridiculously poor. The hotel seemed older and a little rundown unfortunately, for $200 a night I expected a cleaner room. The carpet looked pretty dirty and the caulking in the shower was mildewed, the windows for dirty and filmy. The bed was comfy and we were exhausted and slept well.

The cleansest hotel room ive ever stayed in. After Covid, I started wiping down the room with bacterial wipes. For me. Not to catch a Hotel and write a negative review. Spotless. Counters, kitchen, bathroom, remote.

Loved the place all around. Rooms clean and comfortable. Had refrigerator and small electric stove for cooking for longer stays.

We had been to a few hotels on thisbtrip and this one was the best! Has a kitchen and large fridge which is rare! The AC is NOT loud. There was someone else’s pants under the bed but other than that it was clean. The best part was the free breakfast, fresh waffles you make real quick and healthy options , muffins, bagels and English muffins, oatmeal and yogurt, fruits, waffles , eggs and bacon…..and more. No conplaints here

Beautiful hotel. Clean and neat. Cold AC comfy bed and pillows. Huge room great kitchen and table. Worth every penny. Breakfast was omelette one day and egg sandwiches which tons of other stuff. Amazing!

One of the rooms we took had millipedes in the bathroom. Service was quick and it was cleaned soon.

Room was spacious, clean and included kitchen, panty with good size fridge and freezer. It would be great place for extended stay. I didn’t cook anything so I can’t speak on place settings and cookware.
I was disappointed there were no cups and lotion.
I’m guessing beds were foam beds because I sank into the bed and it was difficult to get out of the bed.
Air conditioner was working so great we couldn’t turn it down. Maintenance person showed up quickly and fixed it. It was so nice entering into a cool room on a very hot day.
Breakfast opened 20 mins late which made us late to our event. Very limited items and area was small so it was really crowded especially since they were so late opening the breakfast

EVERY single employee we ran into was SO FRIENDLY! The breakfast was fantastic- lots of options and a REAL meal not just pastry and coffee. Very close to the freeway. Fast food within walking distance. Restaurants and grocery store a few miles away. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked a king suit. The room had a bad bad pre odor smell. Ants everywhere. Bed skirt was so so dirty. Asked front desk to switch to a room which they only had a nine suite king room told them that’s fine just refund my difference back. Switched to a a different room the bathroom was not clean. Toilet was still covered in poop from the prior customers. Refund difference was never issued because front desk lady said she was working alone and can’t get to it. This is by far the worst experience and hotel ever!!

The bathroom…is it too much to ask for the black and orange moldy corners in the shower be cleaned? Buy a bottle of bleach. Also, hard water cloud on shower doors. Just clean it! Gross… It overshadows all the positive things about TownSuites. The staff is great, rest of property great…but no one wants to stay in a place with a dirty bathroom😑
