I have visited Varanasi many time but my experience at hotel sahu was verst and their premium rooms were like at slum, bedsheet were turned, ac was not working, water supply in washroom was not proper. If their we opinion of negative rating i would be given that. I would like people not to book this property their are many other good property near that location.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

Hotel Sahoo is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Location is perfect beside the Dashashwamedh ghat. Rooms were good. Staff behaviour was good and very helpful. Given us recommendations for things to do & arranged local guides at right price. Parking is Free near the ghats but they arranged for parking and provided pick & drop luggage service.

My stay at Comfort inn was very relaxing and soothing. After a tiresome travel it was exactly the place I wanted to be at. The staff over there is helpful and available at no time. They helped with everything such as cabs general information regarding benaras and ganga arti. The hotel also helps with good contacts for pooja and darshan. The food over there was tasty and palatable. The rooms were clean and upright. It has the best hospitality treatment. All in all I would like to revisit to this place whenever I'm back in Benaras.

The hotel was well-maintained and the food service was good. The hotel location is excellent and is located near the central market. I stayed with my wife and 1.5-year-old daughter. Following are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: (1) The hotel is very welcoming and the environment is friendly; (2) Every staff, be it from cleaning, restaurant, or guard duty, are very helpful and genuine. (3) Hotel lobby is very spacious. (4) Room service is free. (4) Quality of food is excellent. (5) WiFi connectivity is good inside the room, but it does not work in the restaurant area.

It's a very good place to stay with family. They arrange your tour along with different tour operators, they have a good restaurant and serve almost everything from breakfast to dinner. They provide excellent room service.Their check in and out time 12-00 noon. If your flight or train timings didn't matching with your hotel's checkout time you may keep your luggage at their separate luggage room and can rest at their big lounge with out any changes. Evening snacks are really excellent. If you are TV addict you may face some problem because the 2 two rooms we stayed found both the TV sets were malfunctioning. They have a good operational lift ( elevator) and they assist aged and wheelchair dependant guest for quite and safe movement. In my opinion it is a reasonably priced, centrally located hotel af Varanasi.

Good location all the required things of sightseeing are very near from here this hotel acted as a pin point to go anywhere in Varanasi Temple was vert near just on the opposite lane gali ghats were just few steps there market inside is also good along with morning vendors inside the hotel.

No Car is allowed on that road so you need to walk for 3 KMs before your reach the hotel. Rooms are very Dirty and are not same as of pictures. Reception staff is rude, not tech friendly so they will take 30 mins to confirm online booking They will overcharge you for any "damages" so you need to be careful as they have tricks for before and after scenario

Yes the hotel is excellent for a stay in kashi near to the temple and Dashaswamedh ghat and also close to market service is standardized

Even after confirming one day before that we will arrive in the evening please keep our room ready. On arrival our room were not ready. We have to wait for the room . Our room’s bed sheets & pillow cover were not changed. They were smelly and dirty. You can see hair on them. Our bathroom toilet was broke and water was leaking all over the floor. For two persons only one towel was provided. Even after requesting 2 to 3 times no towels was provided. No toiletries was provided. No bathroom tissues. Even after our request they ignored it.

i stayed for six days. They cleaned my room and changed linen only once that too after much pursuation. The room was very humid but they won't turn on the A/C. The place is near most places I wanted to visit. It provides the minimum convenience. Will accept my international credit card.
