Our stay in this Inn was overall pretty good. Rooms were clean and suited what we needed, slightly on the smaller side. There was a good variety of channels that always had movies and many sports channels for down time. Breakfast was as ok, could be improved with more fruit and better eggs. All positive staff interactions.
Would stay here again if we pass through Utica area.

Hotel a mile or two from anything. It’s fine for a night or two, as we did not encounter any issues. There’s an auto or gas station museum next door. A path to walk, just outside the hotel. We walked it a mile down.

Always clean and comfortable, the staffis generally very helpful and the Patel Family who are the managers (or possibly the owners) are friendly, always polite and helpful.
We have stayed there three times over the last six weeks and will return in a couple of weeks to visit one of our kids at college and watch a sporting event.

Convenient and clean. The room did have a slight smell I couldn’t identify and the water from the tap tasted like metallic chemicals. The staff was great and I felt perfectly safe

Positives: The bed was comfortable and the staff members are nice. They offer a breakfast. Short drive to local eateries/coffee.
Negatives: Minimal soundproofing, you hear all doors opening and slamming shut. Odd smell in the room coming from the curtains. Breakfast wasn’t the best, coffee comes out of a machine that uses instant coffee and tastes terrible.

This place is terrible. Hallways smelled like urine. Multiple rooms had door cracked open with tv on full blast. Outside building property poorly maintained. Weeds overgrown and parking scattered with garbage. Homeless people wandering parking lot looking for cigarette butts. Lobby area filled with elderly people that lived there. Hotel doubles as housing for DSS.. That would be nice to know before booking property. Room pillows smelled like dog. Turned on the heat and it smelled like a cigarette was stuck in the heater. The ONLY redeeming quality was the front staff women was super sweet and kind. I won’t be staying at this place again. For an extra $20 you can stay at a much nicer place. Place is way too overpriced.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Super small bathroom but still clean and in working order. I’m sort of a secluded location so not really in walking distance to much, but clean and quiet and would stay there again.

The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. There was dirt in areas that like behind chairs that don’t get cleaned often enough. My wife who is very sensitive to smells, said it smelled like there had been animals in the room. The mirror light in the bathroom was not functioning which I did mention to the manager. It seemed like there may have been people staying in the motel long-term - perhaps having been displaced from homes due to some weather-related emergency. There was a general air of unkemptness about the whole place - even the parking area and surroundings, which lent to a feeling of insecurity.

We stayed in suite which was nice. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. My only suggestion is the bathroom with the toilet and shower is super small and could be updated. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options!

We stayed here for one night just because we needed a place to stop on our roadtrip. We arrived at around midnight and the area felt incredibly unsafe. The atmosphere wasn’t great and my children didn’t feel safe either. The front desk woman was very kind and the service was excellent, but the actual hotel itself is very run down and old. There is no elevator so if you have luggage, be prepared to haul it yourself up the stairs. Our room was fortunately renovated so it was clean and had everything we needed, but I don’t think we would ever come back.

Very dirty under the bed mattresses. Beds had a metal skirting that banged when you got close to the bed. Room was very cramped with real poor lighting. Drapes were old and had cracks that light shown through. Hair dryer looked dirty. Refrigerator wasn't working. Breakfast was OK with a waffle machine, but the eggs were cold.. There was a micro wave to warm food up.

Staying at the Quality Inn was very convenient for our 2 day stay in New Hartford. The suite was spacious and accommodated 3 of us comfortably. The breakfast was varied - eggs, waffles, yogurt, pastries, cereals and started off our day nicely.
The only thing that was somewhat difficult for us (70 yrs old) was the lack of an elevator.
Other than that the hotel was most acceptable.

This is an older hotel that was once in a thriving part of town. The town changed but what the hotel can't help they more than make up for with wonderful staff.

We stayed here for one night. It’s definitely acceptable. The hallways and overall condition is dated and showing wear/tear. Our room however was very clean and overall in very good condition. A/C worked, bed was good, etc. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The rate was not expensive. If you need to stop ever here this hotel is close to the city.

A group of is reserved rooms and the man at the desk gave one of the rooms away stating that the girl was mean to him. This is so unacceptable and the place was sold out because of our group!!! My room tv was only able to see one channel and the front desk never answered the phone from my room.
