Excellent choice if you are heading to the Cleveland Clinic for medical procedures.Spacious room with kitchenette, excellent service and staff, decent breakfast. Note that room is refreshed only every second day.

Check in was late in the evening. Quite rushed overall but no one else was waiting so did not understand why. Our room (#426) was clean, and we were grateful for that, but a number of issues- electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, so had to blow dry hair in the same room where family was sleeping; toilet seat was very loose, and it went sideways when sitting on it; ceiling light in kitchen did not work; coffee basket totally missing from coffee naker, so could not make coffee (ugh!!!); only 2 bath towels for 3 people, so called the front desk. Was told had to come back down to front desk to pick up. For over $250.00 per night, perhaps could have printed instructions of room amenities, improved customer service, some compensation for lack of numerous expectations....did not even get " we apologize for not meeting expectations" when all issues were reported. Very disappointed after traveling 8 hours and having to stay 2 nights. Will probably try somewhere else next time.

We had an excellent day at the Marriott residence. We were a little wary after reading some of the reviews, but I don’t know where those came from because the service the people the room. Everything was excellent. There’s a little issue with the lighting over the stove needs a little repair, but that did not interfere with our time there. It was great thank you Mary.

Only thing that we were against and did not like about our stay was having to pay to park with the hotel room. When staying at a hotel parking should be included and not a $20 fee

Everything about our stay was perfect. The check in was easy, every staff member we met was great. The complimentary breakfast was 10/10 delicious. We will 100% stay at this hotel for any future trips to Cleveland.

They didn’t clean the room and I had to ask twice for fresh towels. Also, my card key stopped working before check out time.

The room was super nice, the common areas were also really fun especially the firepit that was lit. We will defintely be back to stay at this hotel again

Check in was confusing. Had to give my card for incidentals only to check out and said I never gave my card. Also, first time I ever had to pay for parking at a hotel. Unbelievable. Definitely not worth the price of the accommodations.

It is a very clean property. It is very conveniently located to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. We were able to easily walk to and from our appointments. Breakfast was included which made mornings very convenient.

As always the Marriott beds are the best! But when we checked in the lady spoke so fast I had to ask her a few time on what she said to make sure I knew what was going on. But other than that it was a great stay the food was good.

The staff was outstanding in every way. They were courteous and helpful all the time during our stay. I had to go to the clinic for five days and they made a difficult time very pleasant.

We had a great experience. The front desk attendants were so friendly and helpful to us. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Nice staff. OK room. Door had to be pushed hard to shut. Some wear and tear in room and not enough kitchenware. In example only one cup, 3 glasses, and 4 plates. Cleanliness was OK, could be better (Staines in ceiling, bathroom door ++). No daily cleaning. Pool looked dirty with foggy water. Expensive, but so were other hotels nearby.

We need a one bedroom suite as our daughter is a competitive athlete and needs her privacy to sleep. We booked months ago we get here. Nobody says anything we get to our room and it’s a regular room. No suite paid for a suite no apology. the only explanation was they gave our room to someone else.

The hotel should have knocked my socks off for $300 plus a night. I reserved and paid for a king bed room, ended up with a couple of full beds. There was something all over the back of the couch that caused it to be "shiny" (i did not investigate). The toilet paper holder was knocked off of the wall. Not one plug in the bathroom or the hall way worked. I had to dry my hair and charge my phone in the kitchen due to the plugs not functioning. I expected more. Nothing was horribly wrong, just inconvenienced. Small beds, and no electric outlets was not cool.

I found a cup in the cuboard that was soiled with print of someone lipsticked lips, in which I accidentally drank from, that was a turn off. Otherwise, it was close to perfect .

We stayed for four days with no room service. We had to go to the desk several times for various room item (towels, cups ect). There is no ice buckets and one ice machine. No ice maiker in room as some have. The general hotel was great, front desk staff and bartender (forgot her name -- works weekends -- was amazing. If I stay again it is because of the staff but housekeeping SUCKS!

No light above kitchen burners. No lights in kitchen. Broken toilet paper holder. Dishwasher not functional. Broken soap dispensers in shower.

It was a very nice place to stay. Clean, staff was friendly, pool was nice. Only issue i had was the floor was not very clean in the kitchen area.
