Nice hotel and very clean Staff are excellent and very friendly

The hotel is very central and there is easy access to the shops and the cathederal. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble.

Location not convenient when arriving by scheduled bus / coach. Basement breakfast room rather characterless.

The Receptionist that checked me in was very pleasant and welcoming however the Receptionist at check out was not at all pleasant. The hairdryer in my room was not working which I reported at check out. There was no room service menu in my room even though the information book said room service was available. The room was comfortable and clean

Ideal location in Centre of town, parking at hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are excellent, id recommend restaurant as food is great, definitely will be back .

This set us up beautifully for our visit to the Glenveagh National Park, a unique natural site and a way to discover Donegal's interior away from the coasts. The hotel was very comfortable after a long drive. Staff was quite reactive to our requests.

Couldn't fault staff and the restaurant is first class but the rooms are only average at best with a very dirty bathroom in the particular room we were in. Would definitely go again for food but just wouldnt be staying.

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the years . The decor could do with updating.The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was of good quality and reasonable. Disappointed there was no music or entertainment on Easter weekend . No atmosphere in the hotel luckily other places are within walking distance.

friendly staff, nice food good size room the only thing I didn't like was the fact bar staff had to go downstairs to get the food leaving the bar unattended . Need to put in a dumb waiter!

We stayed last week, having travelled from the south of Kerry for a funeral. We had a lovely warm welcome from your receptionist. She gave us great info from where to eat recommending the hotel and other places in town, where to park to telling us what was happening in the hotel that night. When we got back to the hotel we just wanted a quite drink and both barmen on duty were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. There was music playing, lovely to listen to and there was plenty tables to choose from. Our room was lovely, very clean and had everything you would need. It was at the front of the hotel, street below was quite noisey but it was a Saturday night and thankfully we are sound sleepers, it didn't bother us!! Breakfast was buffet and there was plenty of everything. It was delicious. Overall for us, Dillions is a lovely hotel but it was all the staff that made such a huge impression, very friendly, helpful, cheery and all seem to enjoy there job! Well done, will definitely be back.

Amazing hotel close to shops and bars staff very friendly and helpful

The Dillions Hotel in Letterkenny is the ideal spot to relax and soak up the Donegal atmosphere. Used as a base to climb Mt Errigal, visit Derry and other sightseeing magnets. The staff in the hotel are so kind and helpful. The restaurant is very popular and food was lovely.

Everything was fabulous from staff to cosy bar and restaurant,room was a beautiful spacious suite,it was sooo comfortable Ronan in particular is a star and gentleman he is a credit to the hotel he would certainly encourage a return visit,he went above the call of duty to make ones stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible,i think he was a manager if not he certainly should bbebemossaboeretuvisitsooo

Spacious room with two couches and great shower.

Very loud music from nearby on a Thursday night until almost 1am. Other than that, stay was good. Staff were nice and room was clean. Carpet is very old and stained. Plenty of food options nearby.

Very expesive €207 for 1 night stay for 2 guests on a very hard double mattress. Only 1 large bath towel for 2 guest's. Extremely loud smoke alarm going off in the early hours and broken lift in the morning also a very small choice for breakfast with the hot breakfast all being well over cooked. Staff all pleasant to speak too.

The hotel was very convenient for the town centre, staff were very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that the TV reception was virtually non existent and for anyone using the hotel carpark, there is a £5 charge for a 24hr period, but overall we had a great time.
