Issue with the door pad not working, not letting me in with card. The management did their best to resolve and fix asap. Also offered compensation for the inconvenience of fixing the door which was a first in Iceland, A+ on the hospitality side. Room was nice. Was able to open window and use provided fan to get room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Only negative was the horrible low flow shower head which might be more of an Iceland or city issue. I would stay here again.

Loved the heated towel rack on the bathroom and they called when the auroras came out. Walkable to food. My stay was great!

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom a nice size. Nice to have free parking and within walking distance to little shops and restaurants. There was a food court one block away that was frequented by locals and tourists alike. The dining are for breakfast was large and the buffet well appointed. The staff was quick to clear tables. The hotel offers wake up calls for the northern lights,

Nice newer hotel.
Rooms small but efficient. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety and plenty of seating. Parking lot behind the hotel was small. Restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Great King Bed Room - Bathroom Clean with Rain Shower. Would stay here again. Desk Guy recommended a place to eat walking distance away and the place was great - use their guidance.

Excellent stay! Perfect for what we needed to explore Golden Circle. Breakfast was great too! There is a food hall right next door along with several delicious restaurants and a Kronan grocery store.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Loved the burger place down the street. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Everything was good, except we were told to park on the road and remove the car by 9 am.

Room is a good size with plenty space for luggage, bathroom is nice and clean. Wonderful breakfast too. The only complaint I have is that there was a bus idling in front of the hotel for hours which was noisy and also spewing out exhaust.

The hotel itself is minimalist and modern. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. My specific downside about this hotel is my room smelled like sewage the whole time. Since they were fully booked, they could not switch me out. It was unbearable. The front desk person said it was because it's "windy" outside but my friends who had 2 different rooms did not have this issue.

Very nice location, there is a very cute food hall steps away and a plaza surrounded by restaurants and bars, we just spent one night there but it was really nice. Checking was the fastest I've had so far.

We were on 4th floor and it was hotter than !@#$. NO A/C..TINY window for ventillation...they had 3 elec. Car chargers and only 1 was being used by elec. Car..other 2 occupied by gas vehicles..one of which was an employees car..who at first was not interested in moving it for us (we had elec. Car)..he finally moved it so we could charge. If I were you...stay somewhere else.

It was a nice, modern room with a lovely bathroom with a tall showerhead - a bonus for my 6'5" husband. We visited in early June, so blackout curtains were a must. The room was a little warm, and little air came through from the small window as a result of having to close the curtains (a common theme at every hotel during this time of year), but they had a fan in the room that made all the difference. The location was good and was near a really wonderful food hall with a lot of great options for lunch/dinner.
