Location in overall is good location but services does not ventilation!!! this hotel has three seperated building so after check in you shold walking to street and after 200ft enter other building. suit apartment was clean and device was functional and internal of building was safe. However,rooms windows was not sound proof so we heard street noises like we are in roof top!! shower was leaking. Any way breakfast was great. in head building that we checkin. breakfast area was very good decorated,clean and family friendly. Staffs were freindly.

Amazing experience. Staff very accomodating and pleasant. They were very attentive to out needs as tourists ( reccomending sites and execllente restaurants; printing our ferry tickets and arranging transportation to the port). Breafast was very fresh and had lits of local and international food varieties. Overall it was an one of a kind experience.

Quite a unique property situated in a great area! Room is very spacious and the cleanliness was superb. The quality of the towels and sheets are remarkable. Bed was not the best but good enough for a restful sleep. The complimentary breakfast was quite a surprise for us and was a great addition as they offered pretty good selection of food. I can truly say our stayed would have been perfect if not because of the opportunistic, money-making scheme, of some of the male staff at the reception.

It's gorgeous boutique hotel, very well located. Rooms are spacious, cozy and beautiful. The staff is excellent. We rented 3 rooms, for us was not an issue, but there is no elevator. Definitely the place our family will return once and once again.

Excellent room for a family of four in a lovely area of Athens. Bring ear plugs though as room was not soundproofed and we could hear every footstep, jump, bump, thud, etc. from the room above throughout the night. Used earplugs on night number two and we slept better. Our expedia VIP gold status didn’t lead to any perk or upgrade at the property. We mentioned this at checkin and front staff just said Expedia didn’t notify them of our gold status.

Great location within walking to the acropolis, shopping and most other important ruins. Beautiful room with old stone walls and modem amenities. They graciously let us check in right after arriving from the US which made our long jet lag day in the hot weather so much easier

Great location, overall our favourite Athens accommodation.

Our room was clean with a nice balcony, and big enough for the crib the hotel provided for our 11 month old son. The bathroom was nice, large and modern. We also enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to everything we needed.

We stayed at the hotel twice (before and after an island trip). The location is excellent. Staff members are very nice and courteous. The breakfast is also great. However, the Superior Room is only on the "first and second floors"--in American terms it is on the second and third floors, there being no elevator, and the stairs are very steep and winding, so if you have mobility issues or are an elderly person, you should beware. I talked to the hotel about it for the first stay and received a first-floor room but did not specify it for our second stay--big mistake, for we ended up on the "second floor," which was very challenging to get to. When I brought this up at the reception when checking in, the lady said, "Well we are all full and you are the last guests who checked in today, so there's nothing we can do about it." While it was the honest truth, perhaps she could have been a little more diplomatic about it, especially considering they are supposed to be an "Expedia VIP access hotel" and we are Expedia VIP members, who in addition had recently stayed at their hotel just a week ago. BTW I think the "Expedia VIP" thing is a joke, not worth anything for a bottle of cheap wine that was too sweet for our taste.

Our experience was very comfortable. It’s a great location, being within a 10 minute walk away from most significant/must-visit spots. The service was wonderful and they were always ready to help when we needed them.

Clean interiors, very friendly staff.

Very friendly and informative welcome upon arrival. We were even escorted to our room and given instructions on the use of the air conditioner, coffee machine, etc. The room was outstanding -very clean, attractive, and thoughtfully designed and equipped.

This was just a short stay at the end of our vacation, but this cute boutique hotel is right in the middle of the best area of town, close to everything, and very clean and modern. Our rooms were large and well appointed, the staff friendly and very helpful. Overall,a wonderful experience and excellent value as well.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The rooms smelled like it was smoked in. The bathroom was not fully clean. There was residue/dust on the bathroom floor, it was still unclean. The lower level rooms are pretty much right in the small lobby. Only the door separates you from the noises in the lobby. The graffiti issue is awful all around Athens.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes smoke. The bathroom smelled the same. The bathroom was not fully clean. There was dust and residue on the bathroom floor. The shower and showered grass was not fully clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating, however, that was the only good thing about it. The rooms that we had were on the lower level near the lobby and it was almost as though we were sleeping right in the lobby. We were only separated by the door. You could hear everything and it was very disruptive and we couldn’t sleep.

Fantastic location convenient to the Plaka and an amazing loukumades place. Beautiful room with great aesthetic. We had a main bed, pull out chair and pull out sofa. Very good for a group

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. They made sure they were very accommodating. My daughter lost her luggage in airport and they went out of their way to contact the airport and get answers. We received the luggage! They were attentive to my 9 and 10 year old. Just great service and very clean! Highly recommend. In the middle of the Athens scene.

Great location close to every thing! There are 3 buildings in all. The one we stayed at was less than a minute walk to the front desk. We had 3 rooms and the hotel was able to accommodate our family so we were all in the same building. There was no elevator in our building but they had a porter to bring the luggage up to our rooms. 2 of our rooms had a huge outdoor patio. The last room had a balcony and was on the street side where there was some noise at night (Many tourist stay out too late). The one knock I have was the balcony door did not lock. Breakfast is great as well.

Very near all activities- breakfast is fantastic and staff is nice and accommodating with check-in/out. Will stay again.

What a beautiful hotel! Right in the heart of everything. Easy access to Monistraki square and Plaka. Many shops and restaurants so close. The rooms were gorgeous. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and accommodating
